i am totally appalled at the the store 8302 Michigan Rd. Indianapolis, IN 46268. i walk in and there is 2 quests ahead of me, and they acknowledge me and i sit down because i can see its going to take a minute, and well 20 mins and 2 customers that walk in after me get helped and i walk up to let them know that im still here and yet no apology that ive waited so long i tell them that im needing my rotation of my tires and now the wait has gone up from 35 mins to 1 hour and 35 mins, i guess since im not a important customer that will be buying anything that im not that important,since this experience i will never go back to this location, i would rather pay a towing fee that to experience this store again, sincerely, upset and angry customer.

I will never buy tires from anywhere but Discount tire!!!!! I needed four tires, but it was More than I could afford due to unplanned medical expenses. So they told me they do financing. I applied for financing but was denied. So I told them that I would just do two tires for now. While they were servicing my Mercedes they brought the third tire in and showed me that it was unsafe and damaged. So I told them to go ahead and do the third one too. They made the executive decision to go ahead and do the fourth tire as well because it was not safe for me to be on only three new tires; and come back and pay them for the fourth tire whenever I was able! They said my safety was the priority... I will never shop anywhere else.

I was out there last night to get a flat tire repaired. Dustin greeted me with a smile and patiently noted all the details. He came out with me, looked at all four tires and provided me the current conditions. While I was waiting in the customer area, I could watch how the technicians are working on the vehicles. Once the tire is repaired, Brandon( the technician) came over and explained me all the work he did. I asked him a few questions that I could consider for a future tire purchase. He gave me clear answers and recommendations. I will definitely visit this store again when I am in need of tires. Great service and wonderful care for the customers. Thank you guys!

Just got off the phone with Tyler - very cheerful at 8:15 am in the morning to set up a tire rotation and balancing - I have taken my car there for the last 2 years. great guys work with you and even price match. - I strongly recommend them and will be the fourth to say that their prices are very good - shop around if you want but you will have a hard to impossible time finding someone who will give the customer service and do the quality of work at these prices.

We were shopping around for weeks looking for a good deal, found on at this location. We showed up and they didnt have 4 of the tires we wanted, so they price matched their outlet website prices on a much better tire and we were in and out with a BETTER tire at a better price. The guys there were also very customer oriented and friendly, even the installer was friendly. Great place, exceeded our expectations Greatly! 10-23-2010

Very professional and friendly staff. They were the only shop in the area that had the size tires that I needed, in stock. Not only did they have the size, but they had three choices, when every other shop said they would have to special order them. They had me back on the road within 30 minutes of arriving and had an enjoyable experience, while waiting in the lobby. Give them a shot next time you need tires.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!! Usually when theres a chance for an auto shop to charge you for things you dont necessarily need, they do. I actually had an option here, which they gave me instead of allowing me to believe I only had one option to remedy the problem. I live nowhere near there but would easily make the drive for that type of service. Wish you guys had a tip jar.

I came up early on a Monday morning for a bubbled tire and rim damage on the other side. Everyone was very helpful and reasonable with the estimate. They did whatever they could to cut small costs since my purchase included two brand new rims. The wait was not very long considering how busy they were. I would definitely use them again!

From my observation, Chris and Bill work together really well. Bill took care of my cars needs, thought fast on his feet about a situation I had with my tire rim and needed a new spare. No greeting when you walk in the door. Awkward silence while you wait for them to shuffle papers from previous customer. 40 min and my vehicle still hasnt moved in yet. Checked in at 8:30 hope to out by noon for a tire patch. I think they should schedule appointments. I have a business to run as well.

The staff at this location are amazing. I came here for 4 new tires a couple of years ago and with my insurance/warranty they are tracking down a matching tire to replace the damaged one and installation labor for free same day, hardly any waiting! Couldnt be happier with my experience.

Dropped my car off to have 2 tires put on, great service, fast, and the staff was very nice. Not the cheapest place, but the service made up for it. I really liked how they didnt try and upsell me on anything, they gave me exactly what I asked for.

Tire losing pressure so brought the vehicle in for a look. Pretty busy on a Saturday morning (930ish), but out in about an hour. Nail was stuck in the tire, and the work and exam were free! Terrific team here.

have been using this store for several years. They are tremendous. Whenever a warranty issue they take care of it exactly how you want before you even have to ask. Customer service is exceptional!!
