If there were negative stars, Id use them. Never had a problem with them until today. Purchased a cordless drill (that was actually in the wrong spot and I thought it rang up wrong), and didnt even get what I had purchased. Somebody put a POS Skil drill in the box, which was heavily used, didnt match ANYTHING that was on the box, and didnt even have a charger. Even though the instruction manual was in the box for the drill I was SUPPOSED to get, this drill was so low in class that I was frustrated and tried to demand my money back. After waiting at the service desk for about 10-15 minutes, an associate came back and denied my refund, stating that "it has to be reviewed by AP (Asset Production) before we can give you money back". So they took down my info, and are most likely going to review the cameras to make sure I didnt steal, and to see if someone put the drill in the box in store or off location and returned it). Check your items before you leave this location, DONT WALK OUT THE DOOR or youll have to wait like I have to. I cant even use this POS drill, and really need one for work by Monday. HORRIBLE customer service, will most likely never shop there again. I hope that an APA or APM sees this review while they review my return. Most likely what happened was that someone returned it, and the associate didnt open up the box to verify the item matched the packaging/UPC. IF PEOPLE DO THEIR JOB, PEOPLE LIKE ME WOULDNT BE HAVING THESE ISSUES.

Very poor service and management!! Have been going to this store for a few months now im 8 months pregnant my husband and I (interracial couple) go at night because theres less people and im high risk i usually use the riders because we spend at least 45 mins in the store! Weve gotten rude comments and looks from two in paticular staff ALEXANDRA AND ANGELA (manager) they ask me every time if Im injured because if not im not to use the riders!!! At first i explained myself until one day my disabled brother in law was harassed as well (paralyzed one side due to stroke) was asked to walk! Well tonight i go to get on the rider and they have locked up EVERY SINGLE LAST ONE on the other side of the store which doors lock after a certain time. I had to use a wheelchair that was broken and when we asked where we could report our issue was ignored and got home to notice they only gave the bottom half of our receipt no id# nor store#!!!!! This walmart is racist, very unprofessional and understaffed!!! Need to get in touch with corporate because clearly thirds has been an issue at this location for over a year now!!!

Needs competent employees. Among several other in person interactions, the over the phone with a store has got to be the most ridiculous. Today I attempted to call the Noblesville store number and selected 4 to reach the Deli five times, and each time it seemed the Deli picked up the phone, remained silent as I asked "hello", then hang up. Called and selected the operator another three times experienced the same utter lack of service. I tried again an hour and a half later and after another stressful number of ridiculous calls, I finally got an answer from a Michelle in the Deli. I asked if I could place a small order to pick up about 10:45 p.m. She took the order and said that she would be back in the Deli past 11 p.m. and would put the order in the fridge. Then when I arrived at the appointed time after my work day. I went to the Deli to retrieve the 1lb of meat and the .5lb of cheese. Michelle was not there and the workers who were knew nothing of the order and could not find it in their fridge. Just outrageous.

Ive been shopping here for years. It has constantly deteriorated in quality. Theyve been hiring people and dont properly train them . The staff is RUDE . I go here twice a month and Ive been yelled at each time Ive went over the course of the past 6 months. Ive been told "lanes closed" when theres still people in line. Without their little bar they put up on the lane. Ive also had a cashier tell me to go to a different line (it was normal checkout , not 20 items or less) because I had too many items and she didnt want to check me out.... Reported it to a manager on duty and they just said "Ok" and shrugged their shoulders. Everytime we come here NOTHING is stocked. I have to run around and make do with what I can because its always one thing or the other. Im kind of disappointed but if I have to spend a little more money elsewhere to buy groceries its definitely better than coming here.

Less than 1/4 mile away, we drive down to Indy when we need to shop at Walmart. This store is poorly stocked, dingy and dirty. The staff is less than helpful, and you are virtually guaranteed to spend longer in the checkout line than you do shopping. Checkers are painful slow, almost like zombies. Staff in the various departments are uniformed and rarely available. Three times now, one of our staff has taken a tire there to be plugged only to be told the tire was unrepairable and theyd have to buy a new tire. The tire discounter down the street repaired all three tires at no cost. Meijer is on the opposite side of Hwy 37 and is much cleaner, neater, well stocked, and well lit. The staff there actually seems to care. Better to drive down to 96th Street if you must have a Walmart. A much better location. This one is horrid.

Horrible experience. Went in there to grab milk and do some quick shopping. Since I was already there I decided to stop by the electronics to see if there were any Nintendo Switches in stock. Took me almost 20 minutes before anyone helped. I asked an Employee in the toy section and she seem like she was trying to avoid me. Anyhow, the Dept Manager in electronics finally shows up after every other Walmart employee walked by and not one asked if I needed help. Pretty much worthless also, didnt even look like he wanted to help and probably didnt look. Anyhow, I called the FIshers Walmart where it was opposite experience. Someone actually answered the phone and was help and got me my switch. Normally, I would go to Meijer but I was curious to see if they had switch. I recommend paying the extra cents and go anywhere but here.

Horrible service. No one knows anything. Its dirty and staff is rude. Im surprised its still in business? Carts in the parking lot which its easy for your car to be damaged. The produce looks 2 weeks old. Ready made salads are actually past expiration date. Its remarkable really. When a phone call to the manager explaining we will never come back, his response was I get it, our employees do not care about work, they stand around, do nothing and expect a paycheck. How awful! Go somewhere else, save yourself from a bad shopping experience and go where you can expect and receive good service.

For over a year now, most of my Noblesville Wal-Mart visits have presented me with few checkout cashiers, long waits, long lines at unacceptable levels while management wander aimlessly around trying to look busy. At least 3 or 4 times I ran out of patience, walked out and left my loaded cart in the long line of people waiting to check out. Several times I have given up and checked out at the pharmacy where the line and wait was shorter. And businesses like that cant understand why Amazon is taking sales away from them !
