Over the years we had tended to avoid Home Depot because of its lack of customer service. This location, however, is the most convenient big home improvement store for us, so we decided to go in and hope we could find what we were looking for. To my surprise and delight things have really changed! We were greeted by every sales associate who saw us, offered help and when we accepted the offer given help that was salient, on point and friendly. Additionally, the selection and variety has improved. We found everything we were looking for (and more!). We will no longer be avoiding Home Depot as they seem to have remembered and re-embraced the notion that good customer service encourages good customers!

I visited the State St Store one afternoon with a problem with a sliding glass door. I was assisted by Carl (I believe last name Missi) & couldnt have been more pleased with his willingness to talk thru my problem & how maybe it could be fixed. He never once made me feel like I was bothering him with my questions about several things I was needing help with. He was patient, efficient and knowledgeable. Employees like him are your most valuable asset !! You can advertise all you want but if I get good customer service at a place of business I will not only return but I also will recommend it to others. Thank you Carl. I got my door fixed and came back & purchased paint & paint supplies also.

I showed up at home depo at 950 (after calling and saying Id be there at 9pm) to pick up a will call order. Not only was My material waiting at door Joyce (at service desk) came to parking lot and helped me load 30 boxes of tile and was happy to do it, Now thats service! Ive delt with her several times over the years and always had a great experience! Shes an amazing asset to home depo.

They were insincerely helpful. Same woman asked me if I needed help 5 times. Thats not an exaggeration. The employees were friendly and I didnt see any long lines. I went in looking for a hand spade and was told they dont carry that but for as limited time. No hand spades in May? Send like an item that would be easy to carry a minimum of 5 until the end of May.

I have been to many Home Depot stores across a variety of states. This is the best Home Depot I have been to hands down. No need to go very far to look for help as some other locations are known - the associates at this store are proactive and help before being asked. Whether going for plumbing, electrical, flooring or appliances they have you covered.

All home depots seem to be a waste of time if you actually need help finding anything. Bought a product there and asked for the correct type of hoses to connect it. They just point you in a direction giving you incorrect information and walk away.

My go to store for home improvement.. With the Home Depot app you can select your local store and search for items that are in store... The app will tell you the exact location of that item!!! Both the aisle and bay it is in.. Amazing!!

Easy to find and get in and out of the parking lot. Military discount for all Veterans. Sometimes hard to find someone to help you. Overall good experience each time I visit, I always am able to find what I am looking for.

Pretty helpful employees and good assistance in getting things that you need to get. Can be a bit slow sometimes in getting help or hurt little hard to find someone but usually when you do it turns out okay
