Walked into the Winchester, TN Home Depot this afternoon. Was greeted by the cashier immediately. I went to the plumbing section looking to buy a kitchen faucet and couldnt locate them. I walked up and down several aisles, passing 3-4 employees who didnt ask if I needed help or acknowledge that I was even in the store. The male employees I saw were mainly hanging around the register area in the middle of the store, talking to the girls working there. More like a scene at a bar than a hardware store. The cashier at the front register asked me if I needed help finding anything as I was walking out of the store emptyhanded. Went up the road to Discount Plumbing & electric and found the employees there very helpful. I wont bother with home depot in the future. Service isnt even poor, its non-existant.

Without question, I can honestly say I have never received better more personalized service than I have at the Winchester location! Manager Trent is a stellar guy and will go out of his way for his customers!! Scott, is on it!! The entire staff treats you respectfully and professionally, honestly, it feels like one big family every time I frequent the place. HIGHLY recommend it!! Dawn D Totty Designs

this isnt the first time this has happend. the staff it mainly older people. i seen this today they only seem to help the people their age. i almost feel like i was discriminated against by my age. like just bc im young i dont need help. side note the people at the cash register are always nice.

Best Home Depot around in my opinion, smaller than the big city like Murfreesboro or Chattanooga but definitely the best. Ladies in the paint department know their stuff and Scott the manager he is there to please the customer in every way possible. Good work to the small town Home Depot.

Went to the Home Depot yesterday for plumbing parts to install a water filter. Cashiers were very polite and welcoming. 3 employees ask if i needed help before i got to the plumbing isle. Very, very helpful. Awesome service!!! Will for sure go back! Best Home Depot Ive been in.
