Customer service was not good. I went to the service desk to get a price on an item that was on the shelf without a tag and the rep natalle was like I cant give you a price on that its an a green tag item. Can you call someone to get a price? She picked up the phone and called and then gave me the same response after she hung up. I asked her to call a manager and she said I can but I cant give you a price on that item. Hello thats why I wanted a manager. I left my 300 plus dollars of stuff and the close to 200 dollar drill there and went to Lowes. Horrible customer service not what Im use to from a Home Depot.

Nice People. Im driving 35 miles from Mishawaka to shop here because the folks here and managers here have set things up to avoid delays and hassles. Theres no waiting for managers to override anything here, which means employees have more time to help the customer. The hour and fifteen minutes driving back and forth is fine because Ill have a better buying experience. Plus, Ive made many of my purchases online and theyve already texted saying my stuff is waiting at the service desk.

I went into the store to order blinds. Was told that "Tom" was out to lunch and no one could help me. Returned an hour & 1/2 later and was told again "Tom" would be right out to take my order. After 45 minutes of waiting, I asked for him again. He never came out. Many employees standing idly by with out one offer of assistance. I was more than accommodating and nice buy they really didnt seem to care. Wont be back. Time for a trip to Lowes

Customer service isnt perfect, but I was personally satisfied. If youve ever shopped at the Lowes in Benton Harbor, youll understand why I feel that way. Additionally, Marissa and Mal (really, the entire crew) in Kitchen Cabinets are wonderful to work with. I would take my business there again.
