Had the Shelbyville location install 3 interior slabs with frames. It took 3 months for them to install the last frame. I filed a BBB report and the company lied stating they attempted to call me over those three months, but they never did. They did not caulk around the doors or fill the holes their gun made on the frames. Gaps everywhere. I had to clean up the mess they left all over my carpet - tons of wood and nails. These folks just arent taking their business seriously. I can deal with waiting the 3 months had they told me they were backed up, but its the lying that I wont deal with. The work on these new doors were shoddy at best.

Bought a reduced door from haynes bros. I paid a contractor to install the door . Once the doors were installed we noticed that the doors were warped and un useable. I called Haynes bros expecting them to just teplace the doors since the frame was already installed... They told me that I should have noticed the problem before installing the doors and it wasnt there problem. So in effort to save money haynes bros cost me hundreds of dollars in waisted money and wasnt even willing to help out.. Unless you just like being cheated stay away from haynes bros of murfreesboro.. Beware...

Called to check on the availability of some wood and the receptionist just hung up and sent me to a voicemail. I will not be dealing with such horrible customer service, whether or not they have what I need. Thanks guys....

I have used Haynes many times with great service and advice. The most recent experience was buying primed trim and quarter round for baseboard. Their prices beat the big box stores by at least half. I recommend them!
