I love the Target products and prices but the lines have gotten worse and worse. Out of 32 available lanes, only 1 or 2 are open at a time. This creates lines a mile long, making it extremely frustrating when you only have 2 things in your hand behind 5 or 6 people with giant shopping carts full of crap. They have express lanes but they are almost never open. What usually happens when I come to Target is I walk in with a sense of purpose, I find what I need, and I get in a long line praying for someone to notice how bad this sucks and says the magic words "I can help someone over here!" . This rarely happens. Then I try to calculate based on other peoples carts vs how fast the clerk is moving, how long I will be standing in line. Then I look at my 2 things and think "Do I really need these right now? Is it worth the wait?" My answer is almost always "No. Screw this. Im leaving." Unless it is an item I can not wait for, then I have to deal with this horrible torture of waiting in these horrible lines for 15 more minutes. For this reason, Target has gone way down hill and I hate coming here.

This Targets customer service went above-and-beyond to help me and my significant-other. Our stroller broke (Eddie Bauer). We only used it twice. We went to trade it and found that they didnt make that model anymore. When we told customer service about this they had an employee look at the strollers with us. To our dismay, our stroller must have been on sale when we bought it. So all the equivalent strollers were ~$100 more than what we initially paid. They told us they would eat the difference in price. Im still in awe that they did that for us, especially in a time of need. Thank you Target, and the employees that helped us. I wish I could remember your names.

Target wanted to jump on-board the self checkout train, but without sacrificing the inconvenience traditionally associated with making a purchase at their stores. They solved it by making sure your cartwheel discounts dont show up on the screen whe youre scanning. That way, you find out after youve paid that your discount didnt happen and you have to decide if its worth a dollar to hassle an employee to fix the problem (hint: it is not). Theyve also trained the checkout watchers to be helpful in a manner that will make you question their sanity and yours. If you leave without wanting to break something, youve probably already given up on life.

Very poor customer service. I called for help on the special red phone, no one answered and it hung up on me. I called back and someone answered. I asked where boxes of diapers were. She said in infants, which is where I was. She put me on hold... Picked about again after quite a wait and told me to check in grocery. I must have sounded confused because she asked if she should send someone to help me. I said yes. NO ONE CAME. I bought a bag of diapers (but come one, I have a baby I wanted a BOX!) Then I couldnt find brownie bites. My quick diaper run took 45 minutes and I left with 1 out of 3 things that I needed. Do better Target.

One of the better Target stores youre bound to come across! Conveniently located and truly massive in size, this SuperTarget store has many more items than the traditional smaller Target stores do, in particular the Clothing and Home departments. This location also has a full grocery section, Pharmacy, and Starbucks located inside the store. For a store of this size, however, I do wish that the Electronics and Entertainment sections were a bit bigger. Overall, though, this is my favorite Target store to visit whenever Im able to due to the expanded selection of items.

Inept management did not provide enough employees to keep the lane open. When we rush around from store to store to hVe you hold us up is beyond poor customer service. Target is the worst of these. Sabrina a customer service was exceptionally rude. Instead of running an extra line she decided it was her job to ushers others in front of us. If you want to keep my 200k in business a year youll pay the slave wage to make sure I can checkout in less than 20 minutes

The staff was helpful in locating the type of product we were looking for. When it came to checking out, the staff member rang us out quickly as our purchase would not scan. The reason I gave 4 out of five stars was because the product we were looking for was not in the store and there was not a satisfactory alternative.

Targets my preference out of the local superstores (Walmart, Meijer, Target) simply because I feel like they have the most quality products. I dont buy food here but I buy their clothes, home products, game, and kitchen products. I personally like their organization home products and 3M hooks/photo posting products.

Went there expecting a good price on a big ticket item but thinking I would have to ask for a price match with a competitor since their advertised price was about 10% higher. I was pleasantly surprised to find the item on the shelf marked below that of the competitor. No negotiation needed. Way to go Target

I would say this is one of the better Targets that I have been to. Its a super store so it has a full sized grocery section and a larger selection of product throughout the store. The staff is fairly friendly and actually asks you if you need help. This seems to be a rarity in supermarkets these days.

Target has great selection and great prices, even better if you have their credit card bc you get an extra 5%off everything!! Only complaint I have at all is that I can only chose a select number of coupon deals on their app Cartwheel. I think it should be unlimited.

Difficult to find an employee when you need help, and though they make a great effort, they are often not thoroughly informed on the products, where they are, and what is in stock. An employee advised that I look at the target website while I was standing with him.

we generally go here for shopping kids things, its generally better and more variety than many of the stores. a bit pricy, but good. w.r.t grocery shopping, there is not much choice in terms of fruits & veggies when compared to other big box store chains.

The employees at the Target store are nice and helpful. The pharmacy staff goes above and beyond! This is the best pharmacy I have ever used. My son takes a lot of medications and the bottles and syringes they use are great for children.

Friendly staff. Quick service at eye center. Store is clean. Check outs moved quickly. Were directed by service desk we needed to order items online when they were out of stock at the store, they were unable to order them for us.
