Very old store, dirty, worn out and not very big. Not very much on the shelves...I was expecting a toy wonderland, something akin to the "Big" scene in FAO Schwartz. Unorganized, toys on the wrong shelves, stuffed in random places. The entrance is not pleasing--feels like you are walking into an abandoned closed store. I was surprised, since the store is right next to Whole Foods (where all the rich people shop!) and the St Matthews mall. I expected them to be cashing in on this prime location....this store would probably do very well if it was well lighted, had hard wood floors and you know....actually had some toys on the shelf for people to buy. Well at least I know....I wont be wasting my Black Friday time at this store.

I dont wanna go up (Im 32) Im a toys r us kid (Ive also got parents) Theres a million toys r us for me to play with (I didnt actually count em) Theyve got the best for so much less, itll really flip your lid (Im sure Amazon beats the prices and my drink lid stay secure the whole trip) From bikes to trains to video games (I did see these) Its the biggest toy store there is! GeeWhiz (I guess toy is really a subjective term because I like cars and some dealers have acres of cars) I dont wanna grow up (see first line) cause maybe if I did (bleak outlook on things isnt it?) I couldnt be a toys r us kid theyll still let you shop there I found).

The worst customer service Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Stonner Jesus decided to let us go down to a lane that was not open. After there the girl said "yeah no Im on break try her". After we sat there for about 5 min that girl said "yeah I dont know why youre here Im on break too" then the girl in the middle, who was in the middle of ringing someone and up, "yeah I dont know why he told you to come down here Im getting ready to go on break." With a huge line evidently 3 of 4 lanes were on break. We left and will NEVER shop at a Toys R Us again.

Let me preface by saying I know nothing about kids. I came here to buy Christmas gifts for my nieces and nephews. The staff was very friendly and helped me find toys that all my nieces and nephews were happy with. My only complaint is that the store was a disaster. Maybe it was because of the rush to get Christmas presents, but it seemed very disorganized and toys were scattered everywhere. The cash register area was atrocious. Ive been to flea markets that were more inviting and organized.

The selection of toys and video games are up to par. Although, they could use a bit more of a selection, I was happy to see how organized all the toys were. They were separated in different aisles, by gender, brand, and age group. Finding things on my own was easy and made purchasing the toys easier. Cashiers are friendly, workers are busy, but attentive to your needs, and everything seemed to be very organized.

Someone left a dirty diaper in the back of the store and when I tried to inform an employee they just ignored me. This was also a day that the A.C. was not working in the store to top it all off.

They always have what I want/need. Cross check with Amazon to make sure youre getting the best price. Mostly friendly staff, sometimes checkout/returns can take too long.

We always have a great time at this location. We spend a good long time looking in each aisle. My 3 year old daughter loves the play house in the front of the store.
