This is the only LEGO store that is close, this place is always pretty busy, but they handle the traffic well. Tons of selection and normally plenty of stock of all of the sets. The items in the magazine that are marked "Hard to Find" are generally available here. There is also a brickwall with a variety of items to fill-a-cup with a get some individual pieces of building. Finally, there is a little DIY minifig section, where you can choose from a variety of heads, body and accessories. I wish the minifig builder was just a little bit cheaper, but they know that we will pay either way.

I have been trying to call this store for 2 weeks. I have called 23 times. Each time the store does not answer their phone and the phone rings between 20-48 times. Yes I actually sat there and counted the rings. I am calling during business hours and not at high peak calling times. I have even called the Lego Customer Service and they tried calling with the same dismal results. I would not recommend this store as they obviously dont care enough to answer their phone.

Ben has the BEST customer service/relation skills EVER! Honestly all of Indy could learn from this guy, LBDAS! Place was crowded, and definitely had to remove our jackets. Good times with the kids as usual.

Great place to come in with friendly staff and a place to play and hang out. Buying isnt mandatory having fun, well thats closer to mandatory than walking out of there with a set.

Nice Lego store. The displays were either too high for my kids or too low when I picked them up to view. My kids liked that they could play with the duplo blocks. #kidfriendly

PAB wall is well stocked. The employees are always extremely helpful and friendly. Out of over 50 visits, Ive never had a bad experience.

The LEGO store is just awesome! Its a whole store chock full of LEGOs...what can possibly be bad about that?

Pick a brick wall is always a good option here. The store is always well staffed but often crowded.
