My 3 yr old son was recently attacked by cane Corso mastiff. It was very traumatic as it ripped the left side of his scalp off clear to his skull. While we were in the ambulance he was being so strong, tough and brave as we were talking about his love for super heros. I promised him that I would get him the batmobile power wheel that he had been wanting for so long. We came to toys r us in Muncie IN searching for the batmobile once he was released from the hospital. He ended up finding a police truck that he liked much better. There was an employee named Courtney who helped us with all of our questions and she was so sweet and wonderful. When we made it to the check out register, she was there waiting on us. She had an awesome police costume and GAVE IT to my son. It touched my heart so much I could have cried. This woman truly went above and beyond and made this even more special for my child and I cannot thank her enough. You have a wonderful group of employees and will forever have my business.

Always clean, plenty of shopping carts, lots of the newest toys to select from. Not quite on the "main strip," so giving someone directions can still be difficult if they dont have a smartphone or GPS to get them there. They do have a lot of "Buy one get on at a percent off" but I havnt seen anything for buy one get one free :( Wal-mart and Best Buy are both near buy so prices seem competitive for kids electronics: from what I have taken the time to price. Store can seem "dead" at times, which is probably bad for business, but it makes the employees more-than-willing to help :) I would much rather give these guys the business than the other department stores: if they have what I need.

Staff isnt always the most intelligent, but between the college students and the adults telling them what to do, Ive always gotten taken care of. Theyve got lots of options as far as toys and even have quite a few choices in kids clothes, beds, strollers, etc.

Fun place to shop for toys. Bring the kids along. You might find a better selection here than the more limited toy departments in some of Muncies "big box" stores.

This location has a huge selection. Unfortunately that selection is always scattered in the shelves or thrown on the floor. Service was okay at best.

They need to keep there shelves clutter free and make sure everything is stocked so I dont have a hard time locating something.

One of the last places you can still buy toys outside of a larger all for one store. Staff seems uninterested and unhelpful.
