My service at Ace Hardware in Brownsburg, IN is always wonderful. That is why I constantly return my service. However, this last time I went to rent a U Haul. The two gentlemen helping me we amazing! Both were very friendly, knowledgeable, willing and constantly offering to help, excellent multitaskers (which I greatly appreciate in my personal and professional world), and seemed to really care about me while maintaining a professional demeanor. That is very rare these days. I have several years experience in customer service, so although I am understanding and try to be patient, I expect to receive the same treatment as I expect my team to give our employees. On 8/25/17 around 5-6p these two gentlemen really set the bar high. They are definite assets to this company and I hope they get some type of recognition for that. Great employees are hard to find these day. I will absolutely be returning to your store and referring my friends and family to you as well. Thank you!

I would love to support this store but this store has been so badly planned and laid out. It is crammed together and it is hard to move and shop through. Aisles are too closed together. I had to avoid aisles since they were blocked by products . A lot of empty shelves and just really poorly planned and this store has been messed up since day one. whoever is in charge or manages this store is horrible at his job.

Ive been here the past two days yesterday and today and both days Ive been treated like Im going to rob them still them or something. One lady couldnt even answer me a question it was all Im on break the other lady over 50 Cent because I didnt want to use my credit card and she act like I was going to steal the soil, that I even left inside the store....over two quarters

Great store, Ace is the place when youre looking for that hard to find screw, nut or bolt, and youd feel absolutely lost at a big box store. Thats what I want when I go to a hardware store. No wasted time, just take me to the EXACT thing that I need or id go nuts. Thats the kind of help I get every single time.
