Look, if you are going to buy something that all you have to do is carry it out the door...okay. The store is nice and staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful...couldnt ask for better. I had bought three doors plus installation from Lowes before, and could not have had a better experience. Absolutely NO problems. But...(aggghhhh!!!!!) decided to buy a door (rear by kitchen) for my condo (retirement home) from Home Depot because the staff was soOOOoo good. I had nothing but problems after that. I felt like I was nothing but a bother to the contractor Home Depot used...all he could do was state how busy he was and that I was fortunate he was able to work me in...shoddy workmanship it was at that. If the door hadnt cost me so much...I would rip it out and have Lowes put one in...so, here I am writing this review. Now I understand why everyone goes to Lowes and avoid Home Depot here....ever notice the parking lot? I have to stop writing now...my blood pressure goes too high thinking about my "New Door"...NEVER AGAIN HOME DEPOT!!! Lowes ONLY!!

Ordered privacy fence on-line to block the veiw of a neighbors dog that harrasses my grandchildren when they are in the backyard. Had someone lined up to install the fence. Before placing the order I asked if a delivery can be arranged. No problem the company on line assistance advised. Place the order and then make arrangements. Called the store, again no problem, but there would be a fee, which was acceptable. Good situation considering that I have a high volume of work and have little time to go get away. Wife stopped by to pay for shipping and we hit a brick wall of bad service. There was no way to arrange a delivery without purchasing the material on site. Had used paypal for the 6 months interest free program. Cancelled the order. Will go to Lowes and pay cash. No plans to go back to Home Depot any time soon. Plan to build a home on the lake when we retire. Not going to the HD. "The power to do" what they want without regard to the individual!

Great store and people to deal with if your going to be taking the items home with you that day. If your thinking about special ordering anything from there, take my advice and dont. I bought flooring there and was told it would be ready in seven days, its been over two weeks and still no flooring. They keep pushing the delivery date back more and more everyday.

The absolute worst service Ive ever witnessed. Stood there for fifteen minutes before anyone, even though several employees saw me, came over to help. They then proceeded to make me wait for over ten minutes while they helped other customers as they came up. Just a joke. Why cant I just get paint at Target?!

My dog and I had great service at this Home Depot from several people. I couldnt find the aluminum tubing I needed, but easily found the rest of my list after being asked if I needed help by Marian and Scott. Marian spoiled my dog with a bunch of treats and now he wont stop talking about it.

Love coming here! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Alex, Rej, Nick, Amanda, Gordy, and the rest of the staff are top notch! Now if they could only get me a Home Depot hat to replace my Lowes hat I would officially be a loyal Home Depot customer.... LOL

Went to stop by and get some lumber and various materials to make a daybed. Had great service to help cut my lumber and find/recommend the other supplies I was after. I recommend stopping here if you have a project and need supplies or some help.

Love the Bowling Green Home Depot. Never had any bad service, plenty of people around to offer help when needed. Have shopped around at other local hardware stores and decided I wont go anywhere other than Home Depot for all my project needs.

Lumber delivered was horrible. I have had many problems with store before. I prefer to shop at home depot but its starting to look like I will be doing my shopping at lowes from here on out.

Once we hooked up with Jim he found all 15 pieces of electrical that were needed hes got it going on
