They seems to be pretty clean but what can you expect from a hardware store. The bathroom is one stale and very small (so beware). The people who worked there that I asked about the circular saw seemed to be quite helpful. Although the cashiers could work on not being so sassy. It should not matter if it is an hour till closeing or they have 10 or 12 people in line.

Customer service is exceptional. Probably the best of any hardware/tool/DIY store I have been to. Not a big box store so they dont carry everything, but they are more than willing to order anything I need. On the flip side, they do have some items big box stores dont carry. My only complaint is their prices are almost always higher than other stores.

Went in to pick up some 60/40 Rosin Core solder that was thin enough to do some SMT work. Seemed like everyone working there was in a bad mood and wanted to get customers in and out as quickly as possible. You would be wise to come here not expecting a friendly approach from the employees, which can be quite a culture shock for a town like this.
