I had to get some digital passport pictures in a specific digital format for a visa application. I went to a few businesses but failed to get what i neded. Here I was able to get what i needed and found the staff there to be very helpful and knowledgeable. I have gone back there for a few other things and they have provided the same great sevice each time.

Worst FedEx store I have visited so far, they charge me more than half of the shipping fee than UPS. Not just the price, the employee there are rude. And the staff there recommended me use larger volume shipping box when I ship my stuff which can fit into a small box. Dont waste your money at this store if you want to ship via ground service. Go to UPS!

Customer Service - lacking. Having visited this location half a dozen times, I can say that the customer service experience is consistently poor. The staff could use re-training on basic etiquette, including acknowledging customers and reducing wait times. The self-service copiers are the stores greatest asset.

Usually a good experience, except for the employees. The managers couldnt be any more rude and hateful. Its always sketchy because sometimes they charge you for specific services and other times not and when you ask about it they just feed you some bull about it depending on whos working.

Wonderful service. I am making my own wedding invitations/rsvps and needed to print some of the information. Results were great, pricing is reasonable, and staff was very helpful and friendly.
