I read reviews and use them to make decisions, but Im one of those jerks who rarely writes one himself. So the fact Im writing this should tell you something. I operated my small business for a number of years before working with the Green Hills UPS Store and I receive a lot of packages that need to be signed for. The problem was, Im onsite with clients a lot and there isnt always someone at my office to sign for packages. I cant tell you how much time I wasted missing package deliveries and even having items returned to the sender because I wasnt available to sign for them in person. It made doing business very difficult. Plus, every time I decided to move to a new office, I had to re-do all of my paperwork and update my address. Now I have everything sent to my mailbox at the UPS Store and all those nightmares are behind me. When you find different ways of doing business that truly make things work better and save you time, you wonder why you didnt do it sooner. The people who work there are fantastic. They feel more like co-workers. So, just between you and me- this place is great, but dont let the secret out or everyone is going to want to come here. Google, I can trust you to keep this just between us and not tell the whole world, right?

I have been going to the UPS Store in Green Hills for several years. I have been impressed that as long as Ive been going (3 or so years) the same people are there. You dont find that many places! And they know my name! -- and it isnt even a bar. I have found that they are always friendly and knowledgeable. I havent been able to stump them yet!! I had a problem with a delivery and the owner called and gave me his personal cell # and said he was working on it. Not only was the problem resolved within an hour, but I got a refund too, NO PROBLEMS! If I could recommend any place in Green HIlls, it would be The UPS Store! 5 Stars!

From collecting my mail and packages to doing MANY different print jobs for me ,personally, and for my small business. They have also been a tremendous help with a few charitable projects that I am evolved with. They call me by name and are always warm and friendly. Every member of the team at the Green Hills location is extremely helpful. I am so appreciative of this good folks that , from time to time,I bring in bake goods for them. I want to keep them as happy as they make me! They are the best!

Our non profit has used this store for several years...both printing and parcel services. They are extremely nice and helpful and do a wonderful job of making sure we are happy and well taken care of. They have a small company feel that truly cares about their customers and we could not be happier with their services!!
