Ough Midtown... I have done several projects with Midtown and there quality is exceptional. I have been around and around Nashville printers, and Midtown is the best. I will say the below post about rude could be true, I think the posts are about one person in particular...I was off put by this person as well but... everyone has there special personality I dont think this person means to be rude thats just how they are...so love them despite themselves. As far as responding, they are a bit slow sometimes, but theyre busy. I just follow up and they get back to me. Basically, if youre looking for a company to jump through a flaming hoop for you and run when you call like a labrador these guys arent for you. But if youre looking for a company that meets deadlines, and gives great quality Id use them.

Im very disappointed in this company. I was recommended them by a graphic design teacher at the college I work at and went down to see them for some printing needs. The woman who helped me was a little cold and kind of rude. She told me she would get me a quote on Monday as I stopped by on a Friday. It is over a month later that I am writing this review and I still have not received a call from them with a quote. I called to see if they had a quote for me and they were still working on it but still havent received a quote. I really wanted to like this company but unfortunately cannot because they dont have good follow through.

I recently spent several hours trying to get letterpress & foil notecards printed at Midtown. After 6 visits to the shop & a ton of my time, the notecards came back looking absolutely awful. The alignment was off & the design ruined. They refused to reprint them. Do not at all recommend this shop. They didnt seem to want my business - I had follow up with them countless times. It took 3 weeks just to get the incorrect thing printed.

Midtown Printing was not helpful at all in my need. After being told I could get a proof of an invite very quickly - it took days to even hear back from them. My phone calls were not returned and when I finally got ahold of someone, it seemed like my order had been pushed to the back as I was told it wouldnt be ready until the end of the day (this is after waiting 3 days.) The staff I dealt with was not helpful or freindly.

I have used Midtown for since the late 90s. They have always gone the extra mile for me and consistently produced my projects in a timely professional manner. I cannot say enough good about Fred and his staff. Their equipment is always on the cutting edge and the people who work there have done so for many years and know their stuff. I recommend them highly for any print project.

The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. I had to ding the bell twice before anyone came to help me. Then a woman came to the front desk with a scowl. She asked what I wanted and looked at me like I had 4 heads when I told her I was interested in creating a booklet. She was quite scary to be honest. Im never going back and will not recommend Midtown to anyone.
