Speedpro has a good product and their service is good -- as long as their are no glitches. We had several small jobs that went well with Speedpro. However, when we had a big job, things went seriously wrong. Primarily, Speedpro didnt communicate. Then, when the job came out wrong, they failed to take responsibility for their part in the miscommunication. They were unwilling to work with us to solve the problem. I was willing to pay a share of the costs for the wrong product that was produced. Instead, they insisted I pay full cost for a product that I would not be able to use. I was then going to have to turn around and pay for the correct product. At that time, they acknowledged that they couldnt actually produce the correct product as they had said they could in the beginning. I wound up going to another vendor, getting the product I had originally requested at a cheeper price. Speedpro still wants to be paid for producing something that was not what I asked for. I would have continued the relationship with them if they had been willing to compromise with me.

Quality products with the best service and speed in town! I rarely post recommendations, but each and every encounter with Glen and Speedpro have been absolutely fantastic. I work in an industry that is fast paced, Glen has been great with communication and turn around times. The product we expect must be top notch and I have yet to receive anything less than perfect from him. I am so thankful for people and companies who are dedicated to their jobs and strive to always exceed expectations! Look no further, this is that company!

SpeedPro Imaging is a great company and Glen Carrico is absolutely the best! He is so patient and so kind and delivers above and beyond. I needed to purchase a step n repeat at the last mintue for a production company I work for in Nashville before we left town and not only did they create it perfectly but they created it in due time.
