I enjoy coming to this location Im always welcomed with friendly staff that are always attentive. I usually ship things out for my company or come here to do small projects I come across Anthony which is very helpful Yirelys who is very knowledge energetic and Judy who has amazing customer service One afternoon I wasnt sure if this location was doing pizza day because I was doing a small project for my job saw the manager walking around with a hot steamy pizza in her hands. I felt like I was at papa johns there was only two workers there at the time the manager and another guy. The manager walked around the entire store eating while the guy was helping me along with the five customers behind me. I spend about an hour to get one poster board laminated. Great staff though next time she should share at least

Up until yesterday I always had pleasant experiences here as I use this location a lot for business purposes. The morning clerk/manager is terrible. He basically told me yesterday I had to ship an item overnight and disputed with me that I ever have used other options for the same item (lies). This morning he asked me a zillion questions about a different package I was hopping and finally I had to tell him I dont appreciate the harassment about my packages. He is extremely rude and convenient or not I seriously doubt I will use this location ever again

I had two large paintings to send from Nashville to California and I had no idea how to package them up. When Fedex told me it was going to be $30 for them to give me a box to send it in I simply left the store, went in back to their dumpster, and found a box and other supplies to send my art in. I went back inside to an employee named, Daniel and he kindly helped me use all my trash to make a secure package. He couldve totally been a dick about it but he was patient and so professional. Very grateful for his help.

Ive always had VERY good service here. Over the Christmas holiday, I needed help with some very important items I was trying to get made for my students, and the two ladies in the store we extremely helpful, even though I came in to the store only 10 minutes before they were to close. If their service is always this good, I wouldnt recommend going anywhere else!

Ive gone to this FedEx location since 2006 and have loved it! Yes, there were some very busy days when I had to wait longer than usual but thats life:) Judy has been there since 2007 and shes awesome!! Judy is always friendly & helpful and is even nice to kids that are waiting on their parents!!

Extremely slow wifi (if you need to download something, dont do it here). Also, if you are printing multiple documents that you need to be double sided, this is not your place. On the up side, there was a very nice employee but she didnt make up for my 2.5hr kinkos experience.

Two DIY print stations for legal and letter sized documents (B&W or color), shipping supplies, fax machines, and what appears to be a wide array of professional printing services behind the counter. Ive been there a few times and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Self service machines are regularly "temporarily out of service" and when they work theyre horribly slow and dont let you print from online or google drive at all
