Excellent service and personnel. My wife and I had several packages shipped at The UPS Store in Cool Springs and had a great experience which is not usually the case elsewhere. Usually weve waited in long slow lines at the Post office or other shipping businesses. The line moved quickly at The UPS Store because they have adequate and experienced staff who were friendly and professional. If you have delicate objects to ship its worth having them pack it the right way. If youre in the Cool Springs, Franklin or even Brentwood area its worth the drive. Ive used them for printing services in the past and its good to know they also make business cards, brochures, fliers and menus for the business that wants a professional look. Well be definitely using them again.

The people at the Mallory LN store are the nicest, and I go out of my way just to use their services. I went to the UPS store by Kroger on Murfreesboro Rd and the guy was rude, and was trying to sell me all kinds of crap. Oh yeah, and at Mallory LN theres a really good looking girl working, I want to ask her out.

I have visited many stores in the area and found the staff at The UPS Store on Mallory Lane to be very knowledgeable and helpful...They really have it together and are VERY friendly. I really enjoy doing business at this location because I am normally in a hurry and they are fast and efficient!!

I agree, This has been the best UPS store I have been too hands down. Tristan always goes beyond the call knowing who you are and what you need when you walk in. Thankful. I did not find that to be the case in Gulf Shores Alabama not close at all.

This is hands down the best UPS store Ive ever been to. Even when its busy the staff gets me in and out very quickly. Their staff is very helpful and courteous. I cant recommend them enough!
