Bought my bike here last summer (2016) for a pretty good price. Ive never had a nice bike before, and with my wife being an avid cyclist with a stellar bike, the ol Walmart generic was struggling on our rides. The staff is nice and helped me pick something nice and around my budget, as well as suggesting some nice upgrades to get either then or later on. I took my wifes bike here last year for a tune-up, and she feels they did a much better job than the place we were originally taking hers, so I will be taking both of our bikes here this summer for a tune. Its a far drive now that weve moved to Chicago, but until they get a location up by us, Im happy to drive down here knowing that well get a great tune-up that will keep us feeling and being safe on the roads and trails.

I brought in my mountain bike for repair because one of the gears on it was slipping. Race Pace Cyclery replaced the chain and did some additional maintenance which was needed. I felt that the price I paid for that work and parts was reasonable. When I received my bike back a few days later, I took it for a ride but I still experienced the slipping. I took it back in and they very quickly ordered a replacement cassette and switched out the part. I only paid for the part and not the labor. I am pleased with the service that I received and I plan on using them in the future.

Poor and depressing customer service. Walked in and asked if they had full suspension bikes and his response was "No, This really isnt a good area for it." So just because we shop there means we only bike in that area? Thanks buddy. That store really isnt a good area for your poor attitude and lack of customer service either. Safe to say we wont be going back. If I could rate 0 I certainly would.

Great bike shop. They know how to adjust bikes for the proper fit. Great bike mechanic, and the store has a nice selection of bikes for sale. I purchased a wonderful womans specific design Specialized bike last year. Ill be back.

Had my Bike tuned up. There were many things wrong with it when I brought it in. The guy did an amazing job.
