Ive shopped at this store years ago before moving away. Im back in the area and we now have our 2 dogs groomed here again. Senoa groomed my dog yesterday for the first time. Showed her a picture of how I wanted him groomed and she was spot on with her results. She made him and me feel comfortable. She is very knowledgeable and has a heart of gold. Shannon has worked with our other dog and does a wonderful job. I watched her interact and treat every dog that walked in or out of the salon as if they were her own. This location is very blessed to have these two young ladies working here!

Fish Bro

ALOT of dead fish or sick fish with ich, food floating in most tanks and temperatures above acceptable. Low maintenance is the result of the poor fish health. I tried to at least buy a coral, and they said they couldnt sell it because they didnt have a tag for it?? Im sure in a handbook or website someone could try to get me a price. This is my second week visiting this petco thought it would be different from last week. Nope.

Never enough people working to help you out . Im constanly running around or asking a cashier for help after 20 minutes of waiting. There aquatic section is disqusting and not cared for. Dead fish in tanks that have been left there for atleast 2 days. Because they have a film growing over them. And nothing is ever cleaned will not be going back to this location

I wanted a harness for our Cock-a-poo, AKA sled dog, that would lessen his pulling. I brought a couple harness to the check out counter and the cashier was soooo helpful AND paged the sog trainer that was in house to explain the different harness to me. I took the trainders recommendation and the harness with the front lead works AWESOME!

Worst store ever for service. Been in here twice and left both times without buying anything. Only 1 worker was doung everything and trying to get help for people while other workers stood around talking. Will not be back.

Went here to get a specific dog shampoo brand and they actually had it. Although they had some dead fishies that kind of freaked my daughter out.

Quality of reptiles poor, reptile mills, sickly and emaciated. Product selection is good, just wouldnt purchase live animals there
