My husband and i recently visited petsmart. We purchased 8 community fish and 1 cichlid. We told the lady we had 45 min drive to separate the fish into 3 separate large bags. She told us we should have no trouble and they would be good up to 2 hours. She never separated the fish. Our 1 cichlid died and 4 of the 8 other fish have already died. I will never shop there or will i never send anyone there.

A bit on the pricey side, but a great place to find anything to meet the needs of your pets. Pet friendly! Shop with your pet/s! Grooming services available, as well as clothes for your furry friends! All types of pet food available, including food, for your outdoor furry little woodland creatures!

Very poor customer service, had many issues with the grooming salon and wont be taking my dog back. The girl that took care of me at the register rolled her eyes and had an attitude. Wouldnt recommend taking your dog to their grooming center.

They dont ever have new animals or fish always the same over priced and staff not knowledgeable about the pets amd products they sell. Also still waiting for a replacement bird for my son bird was sold to young and died.

The staff here knows me well because I come here all the time. They are all super nice to me, and arent uncomfortable joking around with me! I love that from customer service, nothing too formal that its robotic.

They dont carry the brand of pet food my cat needs too eat. Its the only kind that doesnt make her throw up ! They really suck and couldnt tell me what other stores carried my product !

I went to petsmart just last week and it has changed a lot. The little critters have all new cages, it looks very neat and clean. I love spending time there.

Not the best hair cuts in the world but I have an anxious dog and this is the only dog groomers in the area that does not stress my dog out.

We can bring our dog inside! Sounds basic, but is great for socializeing and picking what treat he wants. Very nice staff as well.
