This store does no care about their customers. I saw Jay being yelled at by other employess right in front of me while they went in to the office it was very unprofessional and I didnt feel important but after that he politely came over and helped me and apologized for any inconvenience .I just was in, and the only person out on the floor was Jay. who called for assistance and no one came to help the man he was helping. He then helped the man, and sent him up front to talk to a manger Cassie. Two employees were sitting in the back room, not caring. She then gave the customer attitude. The only person I recommend that cares about the animals and customers is Jay. Request him if you are in need of assistance.

Took my dog for full service grooming , and the lady did half of it and sent him home , because he had growled arent they supposed to know how to handle dogs , she sent me to a vet , but instead i took him to another grooming place and i was told they had no problem with him at all, never going for grooming to petco again.

When I came to pick up the dog an hour later, there was no one and the dog was alone behind the door. How could you leave the dog unattended? I waited 10 minutes for someone to come, then another 10 minutes to wait for the cashier. Everything was very slow. Never going for grooming to petco again.

Great store, always has high quality food for my dogs and cats! The managers are always there to help out and can answer any question you have. Very knowledgeable staff.
