I have been taking my dog to get groomed there for a while now. When i was in there a couple months ago I swore I would never go back. Deb the department manager couldnt even do the dogs face correctly. I brought it up to her and she went off on me. I was going to give petsmart one more chance. I scheduled my appoint with Lindsay and she did an excellent job. She saved this customer. I personally dont know why Deb is the manager.

Very high prices. Staff doesnt seem to know much about the small animals they claim to be in charge of. Overheard a clerk giving incorrect information on a guinea pig a couple was going to buy. I then took them aside and filled them in on the correct information. It made all the difference to these people on what kind of small animal was right for their family.

Staff is always friendly and wants to greet pets. Ive taken my dog here just to get him out of the house during winter or if he injured himself. They seem to be going through trainers quite often lately. When I had my dog there for training, the trainer was great. The only other pet services Ive used is the nail trimming, which has never been an issue.

Great selection prices can be a lot higher than same items on amazon. Dont like that I pay extra to have my dog groomed individually instead of conveyer belt style ...I wont have my dogs put in a kennel while they do the other dogs in a group of 3 just for productivity and commission

I came in and got help right away. I told them I was looking for dogfood that had the same ingredients as the mounds dog food my dog eats now, and she took the time to look it up and point me to the food I needed to switch too.

Good selection of pet supplies. Help can be spotty. Sometimes helpful other times no one around to help. Had issues with moths in the pet food but manager made good on it and was very courteous.
