I have a 6 year old silky terrier, had many grooming experiences. Hes a seasoned veteran. The very first time Ive ever taken my dog to this particular store, lets just say awful. A grooming which should have taken an 1hr 1/2 at most , took almost 4 HOURS!! The groomer explained he was nervous, ok most dogs are jittery at first but soon gain your trust. Then proceeded to tell me my dog took second priority over nail trims, so Im guessing they stopped over several times and took him to the back as I witnessed while waiting near the end. Thats not it, also told me I should take him to the vet to have him sedated when he needs a groom. WOW!! Its a poor establishment with poor management. Honestly some of these young adults should gain a lot more work experience before offered a manager position. Along with and attitude adjustment. In the end I got 15 bucks off a standard bath and cut. I guess I could have waited to have his nails trimmed but at the rate it was going it would have been 10pm, no joke. So be aware and take your dogs to a professional local groomer.

Our fancy pants dog eats the Purina Pro Plan Sport dog food, which can get quite pricey. PetSmart carries many varieties of Pro Plan foods, including the wet food in cans. We moved here a couple of months ago and Ive been to this location several times, always have been greeted and had easy check out. Theyve even offered to have someone carry the large bag of food out to the car for me. I signed up for their PetPerks membership free the first time I came in, which has saved me money several times in store. I went again yesterday to pick up another bag of food, this time getting the large one, which is normally 44.99. With the PetPerks $5 off and a $15 coupon that printed on my receipt, I saved $20 off her big bag of food. It also printed off another $15 coupon for Pro Plan that expires at the end of the month. I will likely go back and purchase another one while its on such a good sale! PetSmart definitely has our business.

This is not so much about expierence but about animal concern. I purchased a female veiled chameleon from you guys and not to long after me my friend adopted one as well...were both long time reptile owners and know what we are doing with lizards and I own a 2 year old male veiled chameleon. Both of our babies died about 2 weeks after bringing them home and were very lathargic the whole time we had them. We both got them seen by a vet and seemed that they bothe had respiratory issues due the their habitats prior to us bringing them home and gaveling them in a screened enclosure rather than a little glass box at the store which in not proper conditions for a chameleon.

The store is a typical petsmart. Sometimes a bit dirty. Employees are friendly, just not always as knowledgeable as Id wish - better than the other pet stores. (Banfield is the same, sometimes they just dont listen to you all the way - go private if you dont want to occasionally have to be forceful)

LOVE the PetsHotel here. The staff are so nice and friendly and my dog is always worn out after daycamp. Ive boarded him here as well, and they even gave him a complimentary bath. They are great.

This is our primary vet office for our dog. The staff here knows how to calm him, and we appreciate it. We get good information, and they take the time to answer our questions.

Great prices. This place has all your animal needs. Employees are the best and the hotel for doggies is sweet. Go visit the cats. They are lonely and need homes.
