Ive gone to other PetSmart locations before. This one is by far the worst. I took my dog in to get his nails trimmed, a pug who is normally very quiet when getting nail clipping. The lady (who looked completely clueless) cut the first nail way too short (cutting the vein) causing my dog to freak-out. She didnt even put the powder on to clog the wound, she just kept going, cutting two more nails, which she cut the vein for those as well. He was screaming on top of his lungs, and she never raised the table for the nail trim so he almost fell off and hung himself because she lost grip. On top of that, the entire staff was making jokes that they need earplugs, instead of comforting the dog. The customer service and level of professionalism was absent and very demeaning.

The grooming center is great. Jessica did a great job trimming my chocolate labs nails. You knew when you can get a sense that people care, she gave that vibe. Well definitely keep coming back knowing our dog is in good hands.

The grooming salon does a very nice job with my 7 pound Yorkie. The store prices are about the same as competitors. The staff are friendly and professional.
