I went there today with my friend (who would really appreciate it if I kept their name anonymous, I apologize.) and we werent really looking for anything I guess. We bought some shaving stuff (they had a plethora of options and it piqued my interest to read through all of the brands and doo-dads that are advertised with each one) and on our way out I saw, out of the corner of my eye, some muffins.Doubt was the first emotion that had cast its way into my head, but I had decided to try the muffins anyways. These muffins put me off at first, as they are the most mushroom shaped muffins that I have ever fancied myself upon. I bought them because I am a very fun-gi. The muffins themselves were comprised of a voluptuous mixture of banana flavored cake and choco-chunks. They were aight. My friend (who totally exists) agrees, using the exact wording that I put forth for a description. Its almost as if were the same person!

Very Horribly runned store, the Management staff is beyond slow, rude & unprofessional. They were of no help whatsoever, you tell them one thing & they come up with the complete opposite which is ridiculous. Hiring personal needs to hire Management leaders who pay close attention to their customers & future hired staff so they dont waste anyones time. They were told specific of my availability over the phone before scheduling an interview & at the end they came up with this excuse about not being able to welcome me due to this. No shake of hands, no eye contact, non sence questions during interview. I am a customer from a different location & thought I can help a day or 2 bc I had very great experiences at Whole Foods as a customer (not in this location ) but this Location is beyond Unproffessional & the Managers have no class.

Ive looked through the reviews for this particular Whole Foods and I can honestly say I dont know what everyone is complaining about. Is it the best Whole Foods in the Nation? No. Clearly Austins Whole Foods is amazing and basically a tourist attraction since there are so many activities going on there but Park Ridge Whole Foods is just as good as many others. The management is fantastic! We are able to get special shipments to this location when something is not readily available. All of our orders have been correctly and quickly, all delicious. Im really not sure what the complaints are about but every experience Ive had has been positive.

This was the most unfriendly W.F. Ive ever been in. I asked the gal at a counter in supplements/cosmetics where I could find turmeric. She half looked up and pointed me toward pills and bulk. I couldnt find the bulk collection and so asked the first employee who walked by. She gave me the "talk to the hand"gesture, didnt make eye contact as she Very Clearly let me know she was going on her break. Never slowing her pace.....let alone stopping. Poor management/training happening here. Wont return. Must say the gal at checkout was pleasant.

Standard Whole Foods but the prepared food is not good. The standard á la carte was really disappointing in quality. I didnt bother trying the pizzas but I did try the other food from the counter to give it another shot. Compared to other whole foods Ive gone to on the east coast and even some other ones scattered around Chicago it was mediocre. As far as supply they have a good selection which you would kind of hope for relative to the actual size of the facility.

IF there was a negative star I would choose that! This is by far the worst whole foods in the country. The staff is just plane RUDE They never have anything ready as far as the hot bar goes constantly messes up my orders at the bar, they never have any utensils ready or napkins ready . This place a joke! Poorly managed, rules change daily. NEED TO CHANGE ATTITUDE ASAP The only good people is Ingrid, scott, and amber! keep up the good work

Great selection of organic items as well as conventional. Prices are fair for the quality of food here and there are almost always deals going on for produce and other groceries. This location has a coffee bar which also serves alcohol, a mochi (Japanese ice cream balls) freezer, pizza and all the things you come to expect from Whole Foods. When the weather is nice, there is outdoor seating. The parking lot is never full because of how big it is.

Store Manager David Stone went the extra mile for us! I live out of town and missed a family funeral. So, when I needed something for my dear aunt, it is refreshing to see a manager who will go the extra mile to make it happen. One expects the best at Whole Foods, and it is rewarding to know that respectful service is as important to them as their quality merchandise! You rock, Mr. Stone!

Awesome whole foods. Clean and friendly staff. Its obvious the customers who posted a negative review just have poor people skills. I was polite to the staff and they were super polite towards me.If your upset and mean towards them, expect them to be too.

Ive only been to this location once, but it compares with others around the city. A fair selection and fine staff made shopping easy, though the parking lots setup made entering and exiting a little precarious from the main street next to it.

Most disappointing Whole Foods. Hot bar is rarely fresh and lacking quality items. No healthy fast food stations that are common in other WF stores. Prices are high due to demographics. Id rather drive 5 miles further to WF Sauganash.

Great, helpful people working there, and I LOVE Real Good Juices and smoothies!! Theyre delicious and nutritious and healthy. I deliver a LOT of bundles of Conscious Community Magazine there each month!

The best whole foods store. The bakery staff is excellant. They slice my bread and double bag it so I can put in freezer. The seafood is always flown in fresh, never frozen. Try this store.!!!

This place is falling apart.. Service is basic, quality of products is good, however prices exceed quality.. Only worth visiting the meat department and produce.

This store is smaller and has fewer options than other locations but is still a great Whole Foods. The salad bar is a great option for a healthy meal on the go.

Our of all the whole foods this one is the worst. Just too much to actually type out. Either way goto the one on cicero, atleast that one runs like a business.

Beautiful, clean store. Just pricy for the average middle class family. Clean organic food should be cost efficient for everyone, not just for the wealthy.

Came here to pick up breakfast. Their bakery had a good selection of cookies and pastries. Excellent pricing on wine. Their coffee shop serves beer.

Its sort of a smaller store. Reminds me of the old Evanston South store, just not so hard to navigate. I like their dining area. Clean. Comfortable

Love Whole Foods in general. This location does not have the same amount of items as the larger stores which can be a little inconvenient.
