I was very disappointed in the customer service experience in this specific location. Went in to buy a few things and as I was shopping I noticed one of the employees there, she was so impatient as she was bringing the cart full of onions obviously its a Sunday morning and theres a lot of people in the store shopping. A few got in her way I understand the frustration she had but not only that she went to help out at one of the front cash register so I went there and paid for my stuff I noticed she was going so fast that she didnt even care how she was throwing the items inside the cart. I didnt say anything because I was so upset at that point, I went and packed my stuff and I turned around and as she took care of her other customer and closed the line another employee walked in and she started telling her how mad she was at the customers who got infront of her earlier and telling her what was going on and touched her head saying like dont they think? Maybe she shouldnt be working at Aldi if shes going to talk about the customers and doesnt care if anyone else hears it. Ive worked before where customer service is everything no matter how upset something gets you or customers you have to be able to manage it because at the end of the day thats your job. Ill think twice about going again to this location.

Very rude cashier. I was treated very poorly and after buying 2 reusable shopping bags from a kind cashier for $4.20 the rude cashier came back and insinuated that Id stolen the bags. I finally lost my temper and told her where she could go with that attitude. From here on out Ill be going to Sav-a-lot.

Great store. Wish they would carry some things permanently. One week you get some great items and the next time you go theyre gone for good. Lately theyve had a bad fly problem by the produce. I told them about it and the next 3 times we went they still had the problem.

The new location Aldi service is bad. A lady looks horrible and very disrespect my two years baby, she is too seriously which is not right work at the supermarket. I feel very uncomfortable look at her face every time. Dont like her

Liquor department has some real finds here. Decent quality, Eiswein for $10, really!? Cheap wine, decent quality, dont need to drive to Northbrook for two-buck chuck.
