Today (thurs, 09/04/14) I had the worst experience with a Starbucks in general. Im a frequent Starbucks drinker and never had a problem. Ive only ever been through the drive-thru at this location and might I add more than a few times. I went before work at around 4:40pm, I pull up to order and was not greeted and asked for my order, I waited about 2-3mins even scooted my car up a bit, said hello, nothing... Well I drove up to the window since the intercom thing says to drive up to the window if you need assistants and the girl at the window Michelle was unneccisarily rude and even seemed distracted when I pulled up. I explained to her that no one asked me what I wanted or even talked and she told me I probably wasnt close enough (I was right next to the intercom) then she said she did ask. It wasnt just what she said but her tone. An apology and taking my order would have been sufficient. Im considering taking this up with a family member who works for corporate.

The manager of this location is extremely disrespectful. Not only did she make a scene in front of customers by yelling at the other employees. She also continued to talk down on her employees and yelled at them because others didnt come in (which is not their wrongdoing whatsoever). Both as a customer and someone who has worked in a coffee shop, this is absolutely unacceptable. Shame on the poor customer service and management. Despite that, the OTHER employees were very helpful in assisting me and made my drinks well.

I ordered a cappuccino. Was only one waiting in drive for drink and waited a good five minutes. Went home and it was just frothed milk and sugar. I went back to get the right order. I asked politely for a new drink. I get to window the guy puts drink down at window and he and girl walk away. They didnt say have a nice day, Sorry for messing it up or any type of acknowledgement. Not even a bye! It was inconvenient and they were rude. Stunned by poor service. Never going there again.

Would give 0 if I could. The staff is rude and the wait time for a coffee is ridiculous. There was a guy named shad behind the register and I watched him roll his eyes to 3 customers, make snide comments to employees and customers, and call the garment a Muslim woman was wearing a scrub. The staff was fighting umongst each other, and there didnt seem to be any sense of management. Complete ignorance, I will never come back to this location again.

If I could give a lower rating I would! The drinks are made one by one leaving you waiting for at least 15 minutes for your drink! Then when you finally get it, its made wrong! There goes another 10 minute wait! Just when you think it couldnt get any worse the staff hits you with their bitter attitude! Youre better off traveling a further distance and getting a better cup of coffee!

I try to hit this place during the week when I can on my way to work. I believe a woman named Christine hooked me up with an eggnog style iced coffee and it was excellent my go to is always a Dirty Vanilla Chai with 2 shots of espresso but definitely enjoy changing things up. She was very friendly as are all the people who have taken my orders. :)

So many queers everywhere who cant make a simple order. I ask for a coffee, cream, NO sugar... What do I get? Black coffee WITH sugar. How do you forget to NOT add something to a coffee? Its brewed plain black from the start. This is what I get for being a heterosexual walking into a gay coffee house. My mistake... Dunkin Donuts here I come.

I called twice different times for a problem and it seems like they have problem with responding to the word GOOD MORNING!!!!!!!!! to top it that was the maneger for both calls and also they keep running out of products that shows that location have poor management that leads to poor service also.

This is the first Starbucks I have seen that had wireless charging built into the tables. This is a huge added feature. Love this place and will be coming here again because I can have a drink while charging my phone on the table without the need of a power cord.

Worst Starbucks ever super disorganized and super slow 20 min wait for a cap of coffee , I buy same thing always and only in that store it tastes different every time! Either not enough milk or too much or its too hot ! They need a proper management and training

This place is horrible. Their drinks are very inconsistent. It seems like everytime I go they have someone new working there that has no clue how to make a good coffee. When you complain to corporate they just brush it off and dont fix anything.

The employees in the drive through were very unprofessional and accused me of owing money after paying with gift card after a really lengthy debate turns out the amount they thought I owed was in fact the remainder on my gift card. Wow!

Starbucks. I am extremely disappointed. I will give a couple stars to the young lady manning the drive thru window. She was courteous and nice. Unlike the gentleman who took my order and probably made my drink.

Much smaller than any other Starbucks locations Ive visited. Staff is OK and it does get a tad crowded. Parking is shared with a lot of smaller stores so it can get packed sometimes. Has outdoor seating
