This is by far one of the best Starbucks around. All the kids working here are great kids. I dont understand some of the recent negative reviews, but nothing is perfect in the world. First off, if there is a problem with the temperature of the coffee you receive, its an equipment issue, not a barista issue to pass the blame on them. They cant control the temperature of the coffee brewer. And in Jesss defense, I find Jessica to be a happy and funny person at this store. Im not sure what happened, but sometimes its easier to pass the blame off on a bad day on other people. I believe that you treat people the way you want to be treated. In customer service related jobs, they say the customer is always right, but as a customer myself, I have to sometimes disagree. Ive seen more customers, frustrate, lie and try to scam baristas at this location on a daily basis. These kids are people too. And although I dont think any barista should go out of their way to be disrespectful to any customer, that works both ways. Customers do a pretty good job of beating up these kids when they (the customers) are sometimes in the wrong. Just saying. All in all, this is a great location with great people. I;m not judging other customers, but I have not experienced such negative behavior from any of them, especially anything deliberate. Lets be honest! The average Starbucks customer is whiny and feeling entitled, incl. myself at times. ***Long time customer***

This Starbucks is horrible!!!!! Staff is really lazy, rude. This one girl Jessica has some real attitude issues. Ask for a simple thing and she gives rudest answers. And coffee here is super bad too. I was there once in evening time,and this girl was giving me me and my kid a crazy attitude like we asking for a free coffee. She was even cursing in a conversation with her colleagues. I dont appreciate that kinda language in front of my 8 yr old kid. This store used to be best. I remember this jolly cheerful girl who used to work there her name was Susan i think. She was always very nice and never gave attitude and plaid attention to customers. If it wasnt for US customers there would not be a Starbucks. These girls need to learn how to respect their customers. Even the morning staff esp the older staff members are very nice. This Jessica girl thinks she owns Starbucks. Next time I get attitude from her I am calling the district manager right on spot!!!!! Enough is enough. COFFEE IS NEVER GOOD ANYMORE.

Updated review July 22, 2016 Went here again was hoping for a better service I was wrong!!! Terrible service. I understand its very busy in a the morning time. But why the attitude!!! We are paying money for our coffee. This Starbucks employee I think her name is Naomi. She has some attitude issues. She cant give one straight answer. As a customer you can feel how she hates working. This cafe was one of the best ones in the area. Past few months the quality of service has gone down⬇️. I would expect this from Dunkin donuts not Starbucks. Old review They have great coffee but some of the morning staff have really bad attitude. This one girl at register was not at all interested in taking order.kept giving me looks. Same place evening staff is top notch

Rob is one of the WORST employees here! I had to wait because he was the only person ringing people out and he was talking to the guy in front of me. Not only that, he CONTINUES to talk to him after that guy decides to move. I felt like I wasnt even there. There has been one time where rob was the guy who was making drinks, I ordered a cinnamon dolce latte and it just tasted like milk! I wish people can request who makes their drink. I come in hoping I can give him another chance, but it cease to fail me every single time I go. Its waking distance to my house so I dont really prefer to go anywhere else. The morning crew is pretty good but I sometimes see them just standing around. Wish I could apply here and do that all day.

we frequent starbucks on sundays and everyone in there always is having personal conversations rather than paying attention and taking an order. Because of that, there have been times where they get the order incorrect. It shouldnt matter who makes a better cappuccino or how many pounds someone lost. If we are paying Five bucks for coffee.. customer service should be better.

Ordered a regular coffee, it was lukewarm. Returned it, he made me wait for 5minutes and gave lukewarm coffee again. I could bottoms up the whole coffee without burning my mouth. This is a definition of LAZINESS. COFFEE SHOULD BE SERVED HOT, NOT LUKEWARM. When coffee comes back due to complain, you need to make a fresh pot, not fool customers.

A standard Starbucks that is very busy. You may not get a table as there are a lot of people, but in that case just get your drink to go and go to the near by public library. The baristas there, as mentioned by others, have an attitude and the place generally lacks customer service.
