This place has all the standard Starbucks features and perks. Whenever I go here, I always get a perfectly made drink. I have not received a drink that was nasty from here yet, and I hold this place to a high standard. The staff is very kind and sociable.The one downside of this place is that sometimes it can take a very long time to get your drink. When I ordered through the mobile app a couple of months back, By the time I got there, the drink would usually still need to be made. Im not sure how it is now tih the mobile ordering, though. Overall its a very nice place, that sometimes takes longer to make your drink than preferred.

Order my drink twice in the drive thru. They have messed up drink not only ince but twice. I dont order anything complicated. I only drink the Carmel Frappuccino, with an extra carmel and epresso shot. I can for forget and forgive. Third time around. I went inside with my nephew. Order two Salted Carmel Mocha Fraps with extra shot of expresso. Again, For the third time in a row they messed up my drink. I cant believe it. I cannot make this up. Very, very disappointed.

lol. Left the Starbucks by Dempsyer and Waukegan to come here because that one had 14 people wishing for beverages. Came here ordered a sandwich and a venti mocha frap with no whip cream, add a shot, add mocha drizzle. Got the venti with whip, missing shot, missing mocha drizzle. Almost left not caring about it but the shot isnt free wasnt gonna walk away without something I paid for. Not worth it anymore I will be investing in a home machine to make my own stuff. Over rated.

Ive been to this location before as it is on my commute. Its not as fast as a downtown location but today I was pleasantly surprised. I used the mobile order for the first time. Even though the folks at the register hadnt yet noticed the order when I arrived, Nicole the barista went into action! She quickly knocked out the order and had all thr details right. The app said 3 to 7 minutes and it was on time and right. Thanks!

I had the worse experience at this location. The service was rude, sloppy, messed my order up, and I had a cashier actually yell at me, in front of her manager and he looks at me like I did something wrong. The staff looks unclean, poorly groomed, just dirty...I wonder if some people are hiding drug habits. Management needs to change at this dirty location #gross drive pass this location...find another STARBUCKS!!!!

I was just here at 5:50 in the morning so needless to say I was the only walk-in customer. Still, they couldnt get my order right. I asked for a tall iced coffee black and a double chocolate chunk brownie. They kept insisting I ordered a muffin, and the coffee took five minutes to pour. If I didnt have a 15 minute wait between buses Id never go to this chaotic mess of a coffee shop again.

This store was awful about a year ago but they turned it around and it had been great for about 6 months. The good staff members are gone and Hired some clueless people. Constant mistakes plaque this location. I wont be going back.

I was there about an hour ago and let me tell you the service here is amazing. Every barista is incredibly kind and always have smiles on their face. Jessica made my Venti peppermint mocha with perfection 10/10 will come here again

Slowest service of any Starbucks Ive ever been too. Half the time the line is so long its causing traffic issues in the parking lot. I usually end up driving down the block top Dunkin Donuts where at least they show some hustle.

The baristas were very nice. I havent been to a welcoming Starbucks location in a while and it was refreshing sitting down and enjoying my time without someone yelling or screaming. The coffee prepared was just right.

This is my favorite Starbucks apart from it being the only local drive-thru, the staff is ALWAYS super friendly. Ive come here a gazillion times and have always had a positive experience and great drinks.
