I have to say this location has some of the best customer service I have ever seen . I come here before work and always order, even if its hot out a white moca latte venti. I am always greeted with a smile. Yesterday they were unusaly busier then in the past so I had to wait in the drive through a few minutes. The girl gave me a card for a free beverage on them next time. I was impressed. Got to give credit where it s due. Hats off to this location. Thank you for always making my mornings and the free cup of coffee I got this morning!!

I usually get good service everywhere else since Im a fun of Starbucks for years... Here, we had a bad attitude with a black girl when my brother asked for a refill... He asked to borrow a pencil and the same girl did NOT look at him... Its really weird but thats what happened to us here.

This location sucks. Theyre gonna get your order knowing that theyve run out of the main ingredient of your drink and serve it to you without it and they wont tell you until you notice so they can just say "sorry we are out".apparently honesty is not the best policy for this location.

Love starbucks, but this location is horrible. Incredibly rude and unforgiving staff each time I have gone in. I am strictly decaf, and they served me a caffinated beverage after I asked them if they made sure it was decaf. Horrible service. starbucks should have this branch closed
