Never shop here unless you want to be treated like a criminal! I went in to sell hockey equipment, they did not offer me anything which was fine, and I am not angry about that. However, when their employee and I packed my hockey bag back up I was approached by another employee who accused me of stealing a pair of hockey pants, I offered to unpack my bag several times to show her I did not have those hockey pants in my bag. She was so rude and kept saying no your fine Ill ask the employee who helped you. I wasnt out the door and in front of several customers she said I bet they are in her bag. So I had her come and look in the equipment bag to show her once and for all I did not have those pants. After she looked through my bag and did not find those pants, she NEVER apologized for wrongly accusing me of stealing. I will never set foot in that store again, especially when it is apparently okay for employees to treat customers like that, I am so embarrassed by her actions towards me!

I went this store to get my bicycle and child seat to go with it for my younger son to hop on. Most of stuff there was not very nice. Especially one butch haircut with eyeglasses. I Asked this guy few questions but didnt get any clear answer and he talked very rude and act whatever to me, so I asked the other guy who was "Sam" and hes fantastic! He answered what I wanted to know and he even attached child seat to bicycle and made sure it works fine for me! I was very pleased after all. I want to give 5 stars because of Sam but overall just 3 stars.

I went in this store about a month ago, and although I didnt speak to her personally, I noticed that the older woman working behind the counter was very rude to the customers and her employees. She had zero customer service skills. The store itself seemed to have a decent selection, albeit very disorganized and cluttered. However, I couldnt get over the poor customer service, so I decided to just go somewhere else to get what I needed.

Its not just the Naperville store that as a bad attitude. The Shorewood store is right up there too. I called to get a quote on some factory wrapped baseballs - I got bad attitude from Jason. I had to ask several times before he would even give me a quote - all he wanted was to get me in the tore so he could play on the time an gas I had invested into the venture. Long story short; Im taking everything t Goodwill!

Went to take my little brother to sell a few bats. They told us to go look around while they "check them out" ended up sitting on a bench for 30 minutes. I walk up and ask if theres any up date and all the guy said was "they are too old, Ill give you 10 bucks for everything" I asked him how long it took to appraise the bats and he said 5 minutes. He said he forgot I was in the store. Pretty bad customer service.

If your looking to sell equipment dont go there i had never used weight bench 300lbs set I was offered $27. I had a very lightly used heavy bag was offered $15, they were one selling in worse condition then mine was for $80. I understand it a business and you have to make money, but $42 for around $500 in equipment.

This is my go-to place for any sports equipment that I or my kids have needed for the past six years. They offer a very wide selection of merchandise with new stuff almost every day. Most things are really well priced (I once got a used $200 bat for like $45!) and I would definitely recommend this to anyone in the area.

Selling anything to this store is a scam. Purchased a brand new product from this store for over $150 brought it back a month later untouched. They would not take a return but they gave me the option to sell it to them which they offered me $10 to buy it from me.

Great place to find second hand sports stuff. There is a discount over new but some of the stuff you could get new for maybe 10% more. Good location but the interior needs better organization. Some things are just thrown around which could be from patrons.
