The only original cricket brand gear seller in mid-west, there is another store in same vicinity and they pulled me into their store saying they are cricketmerchant. I was surprised to know they were not, glad I realized before making any purchase. Finally got hold of correct number and walked into real Cricket Merchant store. A true cricket candy store, a dream, and a place one must stop by if you are a cricketer. It was worth driving 6 hours as Nipun helped me pick the exact bat and other cricket gears that he and I had discussed over the phone. I will recommend to all my teammates and other follow clubs. Highly recommend to all cricketers who are into genuine cricket gears to buy from cricketmerchant.

I got my order. I have requested CM to fix an extra grip to my Cricket bat instead of sending a grip in my package. But the shipper ignored my request Im little dissapointed with it. Over all I liked CMs service. Will buy from here in future. I Just ordered my stuff(Cricket Bat and some Mics) from Cricket Merchant. I recently ordered lot of stuff from the website like batting pads, mallet, linseed oil, helmet, etc etc and i was surprised to get a call to confirm if i wanted to really order for youth size and not mens as some of my items had different sizes selected (by mistake). Rather than dispatching what i ordered like any site, Nipun helped me correct the mistake i made and suggested alternates wherever i didnt have the correct size picked and made changes to the order realtime and dispatched the products in no time.

This is a fraud company They are not selling original products at all I ordered 1 bat and they sent me a very cheap quality bat. After u buy anything frm them, forget customer service, forget ur money, Plz dont buy anything from this company, find some other company. Had a real horrible experience
