The middle of August 2016 I visited the store to buy a new jacket. I felt the customer service was very poor and the employees lacked direction. I was informed that the jacket that I was about to purchase was on sale; However, when I met the representative at the register I was informed that the jacket was inaccurately listed as a sale item. I ended up buying the jacket anyway and when I arrived home I tried the the jacket on again and noticed there was a huge rip within the jacket. I attempted to return the jacket that same day and I was informed that the store did not take any refunds (all sales final). I called customer service and was informed that the store in Oakbrook operates as a separate division from the online corporate division, and customer service was unable to assist I will not be returning, as this place is a scam. The owner is clearly just looking to scam customers. I recommend you buy Columbia outerwear from Macys or Nordstroms or simply, online, and avoid this store at all costs as the owner does not adhere to the Columbia corporate rules.

Helpful staff helped me make a more educated purchase. Just helping me get the items I tried on back on hangers was a huge help in cutting down time but not being rushed. I will be back to this store again.
