I am a long time customer at this location and love the people who work over there. They are very courteous and very helpful. Yesterday i went to this location to pick up a lug nut for my car. Unfortunately they didnt have my part in stock. So I continued to browse around the store and check out some new gear that i can purchase. While i was checking out one of there demo I was interrupted by Randy who was the manager. I thought he would approach me asking if i needed some help. I was WRONG. Instead he told me quote by quote "if your not going to buy it, leave." after i heard this i was shocked and surprised at his horrible customer service. Apparently you cant look at there show room unless you put money in the greedy pathetic managers pocket. Obviously i wont be back at this store. Its kind of sad because i spend over 1K at this store every month. Best rest assure that i will do the best of my ability to get him terminated from his job.

My first impression was that this was a converted Walgreens. Same red brick and roof peaks. Very clean, comfortable. Was greeted right away by nice professional guy in mid-30s. Went in for brake fluid for one car, and when I hesitated at the cash register, he asked if I needed anything else. Told him air filter for other car. He immediately looked up the number and walked back with me to the shelf to retrieve it. Professional and courteous, no leering looks or unwelcomed comments. Will definitely go there on regular basis. Hubby just had them print up the code for check engine light. In and out. Awesome!

I just wanted to say thank you for the great service you provide. I came there on my lunch to get windshield wipers and the gentlemen installed them for me right there on the spot. He was very friendly. dont know his name, but I was there Friday Jan 8th around 1:45 pm. He has dark hair and mustache and beard. He had a hard time taking off one of the blades and He stayed calm the whole time, even smiled and joked with me. That kind of service is a rare find. Thank you to him and than you to Auto Zone. I dont go anywhere else when I need stuff done because of service like this. Kudos Auto Zone.

Stopped in to grab a new set of wiper blades. Dalton greeted me as I walked in and jumped right into action in helping find the right set of wipers for my car. He even took the time to describe the difference between the the various grades of blades. After making my purchase, Dalton then offered to install my new wipers as a courtesy. Say What?!? Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised by the high level of customer service.

i had big problem replacing my right sonata head light. there were too narrow space between the headlight and the windshield liquid tank. my friends told me he had his car head lights replaced at autozone, but our cars are different. but i went there to give it a try. a guy there replaced it fast and good. thank him very much! i will recommend this shop to all my friends.

Very good service. Everything I needed was in stock and placed on hold for me in the front when I called. I even got a loaner tool kit which I didnt know was available. The workers helped take my parts to my car for me which was very generous . Autotune is my go to place for parts when my car needs fixing.

Great customer service! Went there for windshield wipers that were on sale. Unfortunately they didnt have them in stock so they extended a discount to another brand. And without even asking the assistant manager offered to install them. Much appreciated!

Dalton over here was amazing. I had to get my headlight bulb replaced, he came to the car looked at it and found it was a loose connection. He fixed it in 2 mins. I liked that they didnt try and sell me bulbs that I didnt need.
