Had my tie rod bolt break at 9:55pm, They close at ten. I called the store and the manager said there was nothing he could do and was not willing to wait the five minutes it took me to drive there for a replacement. He told me that it was my problem and he was closing. Talk about poor customer service. I will never shop at this Autozone ever and will be calling customer service.

From the time I walked in the door to the time I left it was poor poor service. Nobody greeted me upon entering the store. I came in carrying to boxes of rotors do you thunk someone tried to assist me with the boxes absolutely not. The people from commercial accounts need a refresher trainer course. It was absolutely too many people walking around not doing nothing.

Service is good but they close 10 mins before 10 pm they should edit the closing time mentioned on google maps. I was turned away at 9:52 pm when their closing time showed 10 pm

They close at 10:00 and at 8:30 I was told it was too late to check my engine light. There are plenty of parts stores around I will not return to this one again.
