DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They are crooks. I have taken 2 of my vehicles. The first was for a simple oil change. Also, the car seemed a little sluggish and shimmied at around 45mph, so since they had advertised that they did a free inspection on the brake pads, I asked them to look into my brakes since I was starting to suspect a caliper was frozen. They did the oil change and told me that they saw nothing wrong with the brakes. The problem didnt go away, so I checked the brakes myself, and sure enough, the caliper was seized and the pads were shot. I decided to give them another shot with my other car, and I scheduled online for a high mileage oil change and to have the free AC check done that they advertise online on Sunday. When I arrived they told me that the guy who checks the AC doesnt work on Sundays (not sure why it would let me schedule it when he doesnt work on Sundays). Monday rolls around and they called me and quoted me $1,100 to replace a compressor?!!! I told them to only do the oil change. When I picked up the car they wanted to charge me $40 for the supposedly free AC inspection. Also, even though they advertised $45 for the high mileage oil change with a coupon (which I did have), they were charging me $60. After I left, I took my car to my parents mechanic who said the compressor was fine and fixed the AC for $65. The air is ice cold now. I will never take any of my business to them again!!!

Brought in my 1999 Lincoln Navigator for an oil change. Up on the hoist the tech identified oil leaks from compromised gaskets. On the fence as whether to spend the money on an old truck. Went back to get the work done. There was a change in personnel. First the truck was to be to sent to Batavia for ASE tech to do the work, but then was sent to Aurora. I got the run around for two weeks. However, the Pep Boys at closing went to bat for me discounting items & not charging for upgrades to show they were trying to make up for my inconvenience. I do believe the staff at Saint Charles & Aurora are honest & try to help the customers as best they can, but things dont always run according to plan, but their heart is in the right place.

Patrick Hyundai told me I HAD to replace my rear breaks as they were very bad. I chose to take it elsewhere as they wanted around $300 and that didnt include rotors. Brought my car to pep boys and they said my breaks still had half life left and did not need replacement, and overall everything was in good condition. Free inspection and they saved me tons.

I scheduled an oil change with Raul Ramirez and everything we perfectly. It was fast, and Raul was very knowledgeable. Everything was explained very well, and he even kept my 3 year old son entertained for a bit. I will definitely be going back.

Do yourself a favor and do not go here. A HUGE waste of money. Went there to get my breaks done and had to go back two more times because they werent done right. Dont mess with this place go somewhere better. Will never be returning.

Fast, best pricing around for tire mounting and balance. However, they used giant weights that were mounted on the outside of my rims (very visible). Never had this before, it looked terrible.

Got to tires mounted here, a small issue with a rock in the spare tire mechanism stumped their tech. A after suggesting a fix they went above and beyond to get it fixed.
