Where do I begin its unfortunate that in 2016 u still have people who think they can take advantage of u because youre a female. My car was towed to pepboys because it wouldnt start. 2-3 hours after it being in the shop I get a call from Jerry and thats when the BS started I was told I need a battery, and a fuel injection cleaner he went on and on about the fuel injection cleaner how much dirt and buildup is on the car. After going back and forth with him on how ridiculous he sounds because everybody knows a fuel injection cleaner has nothing to do with the car starting ok change the battery. 3 hours pass no call I decide to go up there oh what do u know Jerry went home for the day and my car still wont start and hes off the next day and no one can look at my car so it will just sit until Jerry comes back to work. Poor customer service if u ask me. Now day 3 again no call I had to call and check status oh now not only is my car still not running but I need to pay $440 for Jerry to do what he said is a tear down or take apart however he worded it but basically $440 to take covers and parts off to see why its not getting any compression.......hum isnt that what a diagnostic test is for my car is a 2011 its not that old everything is computerized this aint a 1970 where u have to take everything apart to figure out whats wrong. Oh to add fuel to the fire he mentioned an oil change I should mention my last oil change was done by them and brakes. Oh Jerry youre a 1000% right my car wont start because I need a fuel injection cleaner, an oil change and most importantly brakes last time I checked brakes STOP the car they dont START the car. So long story short if u want to get ripped off go to pepboys on summit and ask for Jerry he the specialist. I hurried up and had my car towed to another shop because I dont trust them to look at it let alone do any repairs. I only gave the 1 star because I had to.

Going in, this place seemed friendly. They certainly seemed like they would help you out if youre struggling. We took in our truck for diagnostic work, and got to pick it up after 7 hours, which the fee was to be waved if we went with their repair. We asked if it would still be valid if we brought our own part and they said yes it just would not include warranty. After calling the next day to set up an appointment for the repair half, we were told a different story. Their second story was, we had to get their $76-up charged part to be waved the diagnostic fee but since we had already ordered the part that he would help us out with 15% off labor. Sounds helpful right? Not really. Made an appointment at a different Pepboys, they will honor their "diagnostic free, if we go with their repair" even if we bring our own part. As far as the 15% off, go on their website, they currently have a 20% off repair and maintenance (valid until 6/30/16)

Luis Fuentes is awesome! I called in a "crisis", my wife had gotten a flat & I needed a tire installed on the rim in a hurry. I called ahead to verify they had the tire in stock, he gave me a few options & made me feel good about my final purchase/decision. He also realized when I arrived that I was the one who had called & had the tire waiting for me. Since I was in a rush he took it upon himself the install the new tire on the rim, all said & done I was there no longer than 30 minutes & my wife was able to drive the vehicle again. Excellent, Excellent customer service. Text book professionalism & a friendly disposition. I will definitely be back when I need help again. A+ for this location!

Went to Pep Boys because my break lights were out and my car wouldnt come out of park. We paid for a switch to be replace. Went to pick the car up and my break lights still didnt work. They had replaced the wrong switch and wanted us to pay for the right switch. After a back and forth conversation and a talk with corporate, they agreed to replace the switch without charging us again. Had to wait a week for the switch to come in.... Finally got my car back and I had the same problem within a week. My husband took my car to someone else who fixed the car the same day in two hours for half the price that Pep Boys charged. Nothing else to say. Car still going after two months.

I had gotten my rear brakes replaced at a Pepboys in Miami, FL about a year ago. I went in because the pads were worn down (likely due to me being kind of heavy on them). I brought in my paperwork was slightly over the miles allowed for labor warranty and the manager Peter was extremely nice and helpful, and covered the entire job ($308.00). When you buy pads, rotors and calipers (and other parts) through Pepboys they guarantee them for the life of the vehicle. I will definitely be going back and they really saved me a ton of money!!

Had to take my truck in for a busted rear brake line earlier this year. They replaced the line in addition to the rear pads/rotors after recommending them, and had the rear calipers fail during a test drive. Called me up to let me know what had happened, and replaced the calipers at no charge without me even asking. Ive never had an issue with these guys; theyre always willing to give advice for work Im doing on my own, and work with me on pricing options when I need them to repair something.

I went for an alignment abt a month and a half ago and took the car back because it started pulling to the right the guy said becauythe car was low so i took it back to the shop were they did my tie rods n all tat stuff n the raise the car up and went back today and he started giving me excuses tat i need the stock height ride and he told me to find it on the internet because they wer book its some new guy because luis took care of me the first time n he did a great job but this guy its rude

Bring car for alignment, left car for over night, next day came to pick up a car and not was able start any more(battery was dead) . Went back to office and there was 0 of help from them!!! Thy answer was we did alignment and we not responsible for dead battery!!! ( technician just left keys in ignition and its drain battery) . Never go back any more!!!

Rude people i went for an oil change and they made me waste my time after almost 30 mins of wating my car was still outside and the mechanic was on the phone texting or god knows, so i got up and demanded my keys back. Never comingback,Grease monkey has great costumer service.

Went in to get my check engine light sorted out and they replaced my fuel system and had me al set to go. When my light came back on the next day they took my car back in and replaced a bent fuel line and replaced the fuel cap for no charge in under an hour. Amazing service.
