Generally Advanced at most locations has exceptional service. This location is the exception, the people there dont care about helping and will give any excuse to be lazy. Two stars are for higher quality parts than most other companies, if the review was based on only service it would be one star.

Prices are a little high but with online purchasing with coupons and in-store pickup make it a great local parts store. I would rate it higher but one specific employee always gives me issues for ordering online and not taking his recommendation for high mileage oil.

They did help me out with my battery but failed to call me as they stated they will. There excuse well I want here earlier. How is incompetence an excuse?! But do a favor buy online and use P20 coupon code for 20%off your purchase.
