Angel and Karl and two of the most pathetically useless individuals Ive ever had the displeasure to work with. Not only rude and disrespectful but completely and utterly incompetent. Shocking they still are employed here. Scott on the other hand is the only thread holding this place together and the only reason I still go there. I along with nearly every other regular customer call to see if he is available and if not wait until he is. Shocks me he isnt the general manager, he is the only one who knows what is going on in this place. Corporate is dropping the ball on managing staff at this location. Theyve already lost a large majority of their customers to OReillys due to the aforementioned incompetence. If they lose Scoot, theyll lose the rest without a doubt.

Been using this store as a primary 1st stop for customers as well as myself since the opening... Every year it drops in skill as well as customer service.. It is my experience that the management lacks the required fundamentals to maintain a relationship within and also to the people patronizing their establishment. If youre in the Burlington WI area, I would give NAPA or B2B a chance.. The only real positive of Advance is the hours... Its a shame, Ive sent people to this store for 10 years!!

Ordered my parts online and they were not ready for me over an hour later. Had to wait while they picked the parts which isnt a big deal, however the workers behind the counter actrd very unprofessional, sorry im just being real. I have been buying my parts there the last few years but have not ever since then will not anytime in the future.

The night manager was very rude, he talked to me like I was bothering him. When ever I asked him a question he acted like I was dumb. He was an older man with no hair. Hope he he changes his attitude cause Im sure Im not the only noticing it.
