Manger had a terrible demeanor. I came in to get my battery checked because I purchased it about a year ago. I spoke with an employee the night before asking about what I should to get my battery warrentied. (My local repair guy said the battery might be bad I shouldnt be having recharge error coming up with such a new battery its not the alternator its the battery) He said to come in they would check it. If it said recharge (like it did for my repair shop) they would have to recharge it and check the amps in 30 mins. So I had a fellow co worker follow me on my work break to just leave the car for them to do this. I tell the guy who happens to be the manger the issue. He responded with u expect me to take the battery out and do this. We arent a repair shop. Thats not what we do here. You really think I am going to check your battery and charge it for 30 mins. Idk sir I was told that what has to happen. (I am thinking....Ur the expert this is your store you tell me what u do) Not sure why you are being so rude. Well you need to wait a while. I need to help customers. The customer in line tells me the guy is alway like this and to let it go. Then the manger help the customer that tells me this. Which is fine he just need to pick up a parts order he already got on line. While this is going on the manger gets mad at the employees because he cant find his pen and someone must have taken it. One employee responded I bring my own pen see. Manger responded back with well I am not talking to you. I am talking about everyone else. Now I need to talk to everyone about this battery issue. They are telling ppl the wrong things, as if we take batterys out and to leave the pens at the counter. Hello manger guy if u tried to be nice maybe your employees would mess with ur pen. I have been to this store many times and have pre ordered 3 or 4 time have, always like the place. Love how they can look up parts from the past by just phone number. But today is my last time using them. If you cant talk to employees about issues behind closed doors and can be rude to customers You have lost my business. The fact that the customer behind me said he comes here several times a month and this guy is always rude like this is sad. Rant over and advanced you have lost my bussiness.

Very helpful customer service, but if yourelooking for a general item, not a specific part for your specific car the prices are a little absurd.
