Sunday, no one in the parking lot, im second customer in the store. Jason, the assistant manager would not lend a simple adjustable wrench for a quick light bulb change after I forgot my tools. If thats store policy to not lend tools, he didnt tell me. He played the part of a dumb clerk unsure if he had any extra tools or not in the back or behind the desk, and beat around the bush about whether the tool existed in the store or not when i specifically requested to borrow an adjustable wrench and could see 3 different brands of them around the store. Napa will no longer exists recieving my business for this as long as passive agressive clerks like him are working there.

Glad this location went in, its super convenient! The gentlemen that work there (with the exception of one employee) are very knowledgeable and helpful if you have no idea what youre looking for and as a female that knows NOTHING about cars lol, its extremely helpful and greatly appreciated that they hire people who know what theyre talking about... Well mostly.
