My family and I would like to offer a very heartfelt thank you to the two Drs on staff at this location. My daughter had been having issues with blurry vision for a few days,we had taken her for an exam at another place and urgent care with no result.Yesterday we came to lencrafters and asked for a full exam of her eyes.You guys. immediately found a problem with her retina and worked your butts off calling to find a specialist to see her on a Saturday of a holiday weekend.To make a long story short,what you actually found was an early symptom of multiple sclerosis.Its been caught very early on thanks to your hard work,thank you so much again! Every year it is the same thing with this lenscrafters they give me the wrong perscription so I go back 3 times until they get it right. I know this is partly my fault because I have astigmatism, but the staff is friendly so I just come back. There is always a 45 minute wait time even if you have an appointment. I am here for my third time, my appointment was at 10 am I got here a little late so I know I have to wait. Thats fine because I always have to wait even when there are no people here. When it is finally my turn they take other people who didnt even have an appointment. .. thats nice ... thank you I have only been coming here for 5 years.

The absolute best experience I ever had. The employees were wonderful and so easy to talk to. I got 40% off designer Versace frames as soon as I made my purchase and it was my first time there! Best customer service I have ever experienced. I hope they get paid well because they were amazing. Thank you so much for this experience. PS: Do not go to Americas Best. Worst experience I ever had there. Its all a scam and you need to use every one of your hard earned dollars wisely. Go to LensCrafters! Your eye sight are one of the most important things in life. Treat them well and get them taken care of correctly at LensCrafters!

Had an appointment with Dr. Cupuro. Her handling of patient was unacceptably rough. I dont care whether she had a bad day or not. She should treat the patient with a proper manner. She does not listen to the patient. She gave me the impression that she wants to finish up and leave. She did not care whether the screen was placed correctly. She did not care whether the patient feels comfortable but she handled the instrument roughly. Her commanding mode made me think I am in a military hospital. I want to see another doctor, hopefully better one. But its too late. We need a forum to screen out those bad doctors.

I came in for an eye exam last night. Suzanne did a wonderful job. She explained everything to me, answered my questions, and in general took her time to make me feel comfortable and worth taking trouble over. I actually enjoyed myself. I think I had the last exam of the evening, which left her with more time than she might usually have. I have been coming to this LensCrafter location for years, and I have always been satisfied.

Unfortunately Ive had to visit this location 3x due to my right lens attempting to pop out of my frame. Ive had my glasses for less than 3 months and this has never happened to me throughout my history of wearing glasses. The Customer Service could be a bit better as well.
