I go in to buy glasses, the associate tells me they are not in stock in black and they are NOT available online and tries to convince me to get a different pair, I go to Old Orchard because they have the pair in brown not black and I wanted to try them on and maybe settle with the brown, The associate that helped me not only DID find my the pair online in black , they were delivered in just 2 days!!!! They also mentioned that Northbrook Court showed they had two pairs in the system in stock!! I was very upset that they couldnt make the effort to find my glasses online,or search for the pairs that show in stock!! I had to drive out of my way but completely worth the service!! I was VERY disappointed in the service in Northbrook Court!!!!

Extravie mis lentes y fui a esta optica y obtuve muy buen servicio, me dieron a elegir varias opciones de armazones y me ayudaron a elegir uno en el rango de precio que necesitaba, ademas de que el examen de la vista realizado fue hecho ahi mismo, obtuve mis lentes el mismo dia a un precio bastante razonable.

Set up an appointment online. Despite arriving early and filling out the paperwork ahead of time, Im still waiting to see an eye doctor 30 minutes after my scheduled time. Staff had barely acknowledged me, except to take my name and ask me to wait around, 10 minutes after I arrived. Poor customer service, failure to be punctual and failure to adhere to appointment schedule. Most likely I will be leaving before I receive any services.

Great staff, very helpful and a solid variety of styles and brands. They have the latest technology to provide a comprehensive eye exam. Theyve been helpful when my screws were loose (on my glasses) or frames needed to be bent back into shape. Been going there for 5 plus years.

Slow service. Employees are moving at the speed of snail. When we walked in we didnt get acknowledged by any employee until manager said hello.
