When I walked into the office for the first time I was greated with a mean mugging receptionist. I literally felt like I had a staring contest with this girl. She didnt speak she didnt say hello, welcome, how can I help you? She literally just stared at me with an ugly look on her face until I said I had an appointment for my son. Why does this girl work there? Shes bad for business. I felt like I needed to be ready to fight her because of the way she was looking at me. No I am not a hot headed person but thats how bad her face was. Oh and God forbid your child needs to use the bathroom at the same time the doctor calls him because the Dr will try to call the next patient and youll have to wait if you dont speak up in time. I had to convince her that my son wasnt going take long in the bathroom and we had been waiting there for long enough as it was. She definitely was in a rush. I get it it was the end of the day but considering the amount of money she makes per patient I shouldnt have had to convince her to wait 2 more minutes for my son to use the bathroom. During the actual eye exam I had no further issues... First impressions are everything and after my first impression here I would not recommend this place if you enjoy respectable customer service. You wont get it here.

I went into this optical shop and it was not a pleasant experience. The very first thing this "optician" said to me was "Do you have insurance?" Not "hello" or "Welcome." I said "Yes, but I dont plan on using it as I have a flexible spending account." He said "Well those type of cards dont always work.?" I said, mine will. Its a credit card." I then said "Well, how much do you charge for a eye exam?" He said "$50.00, but the optician isnt in." He was the optician. I was the only person in the store. Im a college degreed, professional that make a pretty good income, but this "opticians" only concern was how much money he can make from my insurance. Because of his bad people skills, he lost $600.00 in business. There is a reason that business owners like home always have empty stores. They are awfully bad business people who have no people skills, are greedy and judgmental of customers. I was prepared to spend $600.00 for glasses, contacts and an eye exam. This guy was the reason I walked out. Do not go into this place. You will have an awfully bad experience. Unless, you speak Spanish and have government insurance....,

The eye examiner was very unprofessional. She seemed irritated that I couldnt read certain lines lol! She huffed and puffed and smacked her lips if it took me more than a second to read a line. She also seemed to be in a rush. When it was time to choose frames I felt pressured to pick frames that were not covered by insurance. I havent received my glasses yet so I cant comment on them , but my experience was very poor.

I love the personal touch! These guys treated me as a person and made me feel comfortable during the eye exam, and while helping me pick my glasses. They didnt push me into buying more than I needed, which other shops do. I got my best pair of glasses ever! and they took my insurance!
