I love this store! I have purchased glasses and contacts here and now my 2 daughters have been coming here over the past couple of years. The store personnel is so helpful, they stay with you and keep bringing you frames to try on and are very patient with my children. The 30 day return policy is amazing! The doctors are also helpful and friendly. I recommend this location to anyone wanting personal help looking for new glasses.

I used to love coming to this LensCrafters but I had a very bad experience and refuse to come back here. They did not have one of my purchases documented and blamed it on another staff who was not in the store. They would not fix, or tighten my glasses. Very disappointed, I do not recommend this location because of the staff and technical errors.

They never called to tell me my glasses were ready, when I picked them up they had put the wrong RX lenses. Very disappointed.
