Best and worst customer service! Best:The lady(owner) who runs the front operation: sales, receptionist etc. is energetic, genuine and very knowledgeable of the brands, prices, specification. She was very pleasant and professional. I give one star because of her instead of zero! Worst:The guy(owner) who is the optical technician and works the glasses flat out refuses to stand behind his work and product. I spent close to $400 on a pair of prescription sunglasses that the lense kept popping out while I was on vacation- same week that I bought them! When I asked for help upon my return, I was turned away. The owner claims that the lense warped because of sun or heat! I just spent big money for sunglasses that wont work in the sun? Thanks buddy! I guess Ill have to live with an expensive mistake of giving you my business! For the record, I could see that the lense was not cut correctly on the problematic lense when compared the the one that stays on. They will never see my business or anyone I know again!

This place has Absolutely excellent service! In addition to the friendly, warm, knowledgeable, and helpful staff-I could not be happier with the set of frames that I now have. Ive gotten numerous compliments on the unique style and brand; therefore have been giving numerous suggestions for everyone to visit. I cant wait to return for a check-up and to see what new frames theyll help me rock next time I stop in!

The selection was great! The owners are very welcoming and helped me find a great set of three frames for my prescription lenses! They have everything you can want from Oakley to Rayban to DG and Converse. They even helped my mother learn how to put contacts on her eyes! Very nice place and great family run business!!

My entire family and myself go here for all our optical needs. I have bought two different pairs of glasses here and got a great deal on both and love wearing them. They had no problem going the extra mile to ensure my glasses fit properly and my lens were properly fitted to my face and my eyes.

I was riding by this place on my scooter without eye ware. A gentleman kindly walked out to the middle of the street at Addison and Milwaukee and gave me a pair of eye protection. Thank you! I want to pay it forward and will be back again!
