Went there once a couple weeks ago and I got into a confrontation because the fish counter refused to cut my fish for me into smaller portions even though I bought the full two pounds that qualify you for a bulk discount. Im still buying two pounds! By the way, the Schaumburg and Palatine location offered this to me before and even individually wrapped them. After I got huffy about it, it was finally done. Another trip I went around 6:00 pm, you would think the hot pre-made food bar would have a good selection, wrong! There was only mashed potatoes, mixed potatoes with skin, two types of chicken thighs with skin about a cup full of sorry looking maccaroni that appeared grainy, and a couple spoons full of shrivled carrot pieces. Oh, and a small bowl worth of shriveled and oily looking green beans. I was desparte so I tried I little food. Veggies were cold and dried out, shriviled on the outside and hard on the inside. The cashier wasnt friendly either despite me keeping a good mood. FAIL!

This WF was at a gr8 location once and was one great store; after they moved their prices went up and I dont never see as much traffic as in the old location; the most discouraging is they run out of sales products fast and do not bother take the "sale" signs down thus one think the product may be in the stockroom but it is not; they usually dont know if the product will be in stock before sale ends and they do not issue rain checks; I tend to think they use sale as false advertising technique to encourage ppl to buy other items while they are in store; very disappointing shopping experience due to prices and not available sale items;

Initially, this appeared to me to be a smaller Whole Foods but they do a magnificent job! Shop top of the line natural products, delicious bakery goods, and a mind boggling cheese selection--just to name a few departments. Plenty of interested employees always ready to help with product knowledge. Hot and cold, self-serve tables for a delicious, nutritious snack, great lunch or dinner--to take home or eat there in their pleasant eating area at the front of the store. Its my go-to store for specialty bakery items for dessert, and, amazing cheeses with which to spoil your guests.

I went to Whole Foods because of the gluten/dairy free needs of guests attending my daughters baby shower, which were deliciously met. I also ordered a red velvet cake (also delicious), which was decorated with images from the baby shower invitation. From start to finish, this was a wonderful experience, customer service was above and beyond. Thank you Emily and Kane.

If you dont mind spending a bit extra for your groceries and prepared food, I would try this store. Very clean and well set up. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We mainly go here for organic produce because they have the best and most fresh selection. We have had their prepared food for dinner and it was very good but pricier then we would have liked.

I love this store a lot. am giving one star less because they left e to rot when they moved here from Palatine. It is all in a all a nice str the few times I have been able to go. I like their vitamin section quite a bit.I was very impressed with their deli counter and prepared foods. Nice salespeople who are ready to help.

This Whole Foods is great! Never have trouble with the produce, always fresh and reasonably priced. I also had to mention how kind and welcoming Olga (cashier) is. Every weekday morning I go in, she greets me with a big smile and a "its so great to see you!" Absolutely makes my day.

Many of their products are stale, and only 1 thing I bought was fresh. DO NOT BUY from the self dispensing machines, everything there is so unfresh. I do not recommend this store of it isnt for a few fruits and thats it.
