These guys give outstanding advice and service. I am an 18 year customer. The big box stores may sometimes be cheaper (but good luck getting any constructive advice or help there). FOLLOW UP 10/15/16 - Just bought a 20 Volt Cordless Toro Weed Wacker here. It was $10 CHEAPER then Home Depot, ($99 vs $109.99 so not everything is cheaper at the box stores). The assistant advised me I might be able to find a part I needed for my old one on-line (NO hard sell), but I figured it was time to replace my old one. Glad I did, this new Toro works amazing so far.

Today large hardware stores have too many isles to search through.Its great to have everything u need accessible to you in a ten minute stop. The employees have always gone above and beyond to help the customers. i shop here over depot and menards for the convenience and service
